Fali, agree with you, but how they can guarantee all this will work very well next year? Governments around the World are expecting a second wave and may be a vaccine can change everything. We have had a good sign of a typical T/O situation, but can't guarantee will happen again.

Guys, does anyone here can give a good view or reason for Novacyt to be a take over target?

I think we will see the second wave early than the Government expected. This massive protest in UK & USA will bring more cases, contaminations and unfortunately more deaths. I understand that what's happens in USA was a coward attitude by the Police force over there, but the actual situation is not good to be out in mass and protest.
Those people should be think twice before they go out and agglomerate like they are see on TV.
They think the Virus is over? Gone? We can go out and do whatever they can? That is a real massive mistake.
Any way, I'm still here and will top up soon I have more $$$$
