Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I'm not there so I can't see, and the eyes are only giving their opinion. But having seen official close up pics of 1 pump bolted to the top of the well head I can't see how a second would go on. Then you need additional rods and production tubing.
Legal I'm fairly sure that seadoc is not short of shares, rather has a bet as to which direction the sp will trend. I've done my own calculations with 1000-3500 bopd, 6.3 -8.0b shares and a conservative PE ratio and I don't get anything near 0.6p. Each to their own. GL.
Seadoc, YA had the same conditions last time and it didn't stop the big forward sells for 2 days before each conversion. The last big trade always totalled up to the exact number of shares converted. There were the same worked buy/sell debates on here back then too.
Planning Wed. I wonder is SS waiting for council approval before finalizing the Tellurian deal? Makes sense to me. So planning, big forward sells, official confirmation of deal and drawdown, then rig imo. GL.
For F sake penguins, go'on comment to a positive post with further positive outlook. You continually lurk in the shadows waiting to pounce on something that may be three decimal places out of what may have been said in the second paragraph of an rns printed 10 months ago. Really sad. I'm off out now, first born is doing her 1st triathlon. #gotalife.
I'm snorkeling with a significant chunk in here. I don't need the funds so will wait for free cash flow. I'm thinking this will be once HH3 comes on line. Will be massive if/when 3500bopd leave the gates. Won't need to tap the market ever again at that point.
While I am not SS's biggest fan, his compliance with regulations over the last few years, his relationship with the council and engagement with local communities is worth its weight in gold. UKOG is a professional outfit in this regard. SS stated Autumn for planning all along knowing that the planning process must be airtight to be approved and time to complete was secondary to getting it right. GL.
Qwerty, did you raise this to SCC during the initial or second consultation period? This application will be technically robust. Councillors need valid reasons to reject, not just some "I think..." statements.
Pump does lift the fluid but it's not as simple as faster pump = more production. How much oil is flowing into the well? What is the pressure at the bottom? Do they need to control the gas coming out of solution? Whole world of science to well dynamics that very few if any on here understand.
As for the pump locked down.... planned stoppage? PM? Checking pressure build? Free flowing? Flare? I for one do not expect the Kim to flow as proficiently as the Portland. On the plus side hopefully this will be balanced out with more oil proved as being connected to the well. GL.
