At least one or two on here are paid hedge fund de-rampers, this took me 10 minutes to work out having only landed for the first time today.

Try and work out who they are and then take everything that they say with a pinch of salt....!!!!!!!

skill, I prefer the volatility of the dax, I only short it on days when it’s up loads in the morning. It often struggles to hold the gains once the US cash market opens at 1.30. If it holds then I increase and wait for the next day, increase/decrease to zero then repeat. I don’t see a lot more market upside short term and it saves me getting irritated holding my minimum of 25% in other stuff.

Not bought anything but short ETF’s since Thursday, trading in and out and will continue to do so until the end of the month. NAS triple short and Dax double short on Hargreaves. Using it to balance my funds and shares as I’m expecting volatility over the next two weeks with a raft of big earnings and important economic numbers.
I think volatility will come back to the fore so won’t be building much again until May. I’m back to 75% cash again and don’t see any hurry to increase holdings after the recent rally in the US.
All the shares mentioned will make money - I’m banking on getting a few of them a bit cheaper - again.

Hi Amers, nothing wrong with cross-dressing but we need perspective too.

Sharing ideas is great, lets not encourage more Metro like traps though - AML have a lot going for them, being able to run a business whilst remaining financially solvent aren't one of their strong suits though.

To have any chance of making 20% in a day you generally have to be willing to risk losing the same amount unless I'm missing something ? Surely it's about reducing the amount of Luck you need ??!

yea but I was asked whether they were worth buying at 90p, after today's 20% rise you would still be down 30% in the last week or so.

don't agree with the RNS (strategic and tactical) they're caught in the headlights and are clueless on how to manage this side of things - which is still a big worry..

what will the update look like, are they haemorrhaging money or making a profit - quite important at this stage ?!

Maybe take a look at Reabold if you haven’t already, I’ve been slowly adding on the prospects as it’s one story I did believe in.
RNS out this morning may make the decision to buy a bit easier.

Good news, I rarely post on here but have been quietly accumulating. It’s my only real punt share but I believed the story wouldn’t turn out to be a fairy tale on this one.
