is there a chance that the company with a market cap of £30m that hasn't made a profit and is still haemorrhaging money can win ? or will they be dragged in to the legal equivalent of the gutter until they run out of time/money ? In my experience it's the company with the deepest pockets the best lawyers and the most time that tend to win these cases ??!

so looking through the numbers it appears that the main investment case here is that the company is going to take on samsung in the courts and win ? or scare them enough to force them to settle out of court ?

If you're lucky enough to get the few that might make a difference then there is obviously still money to me made, otherwise it's a lot more risky than drilling for something you know you'll find - just not the exact quantity.

the market volatility - which I said would happen, and the determined seller has enabled me to continue to slowly accumulate here. If I thought it was someone in the know dumping stock then I would be more worried, it isn't as far as I'm concerned it's a continuation of the selling thats been happening for weeks. No interest in the story or the fundamentals just a strategic move to reduce a holding. That's good news as I see it and a chance to top up a bit more - which I have been. Coupled with heavily shorting markets and building a portfolio of 20 cyclicals (previously sold) I feel that compared to persi and his sad goading life I'm probably winning more than him..

from a pure risk and reward play, the odds are still in favour of the longs here, let's see who wins in the end..??!!
