There is no warranty yet... the JV target with DeNora is 4 years longevity. When we are able to provide a warranty this company will surge. The fear is that we may be superseded by better technology if we don’t get it soon... Would you buy a new car that didn’t have a warranty and was built by a new unknown company..?

We can’t sell fuel cells without a warranty as the liabilities in the event of a grand failure would collapse the company... Likewise I doubt many or any end users would be keen to sign up to an expensive unwarranted product. We need a warranty or a confident backer with deep pockets...
Adam Bond, Chief Executive Officer at AFC Energy, said "The successful integration of the Company's fuel cell system into an upstream hydrogen stream sourced from cracked ammonia is not only a unique selling point of the alkaline fuel cell, but also is a logical means to the unlocking of the multi-billion dollar off-grid stationary power market. The results of this demonstration, highlight the potential of ammonia as a long-term fuel to support the deployment of the Company's alkaline fuel cell system, displacing diesel gensets and offering an alternative fuel source to the Company's new Electric Vehicle charging unit. Utilising ammonia as a fuel is wholly consistent with AFC Energy's review of integrated fuel and power generation systems for off grid power generation and should be a key differentiator for us in our go to market strategy in this ever growing target market."
You make a fair point that TUVA can only promote what AFC give them however a glance at their very “David Ike-esque” website is too random to be taken seriously and if you follow them on LinkedIn you’ll discover that they haven’t attracted any fresh blood to their team and their followers after almost one year wouldn’t fill a coach... I wasn’t impressed that the pinnacle of their EV CH2ARGE promotion back in January was BBC Look South... very Alan Partridge ??
As far as we can work out Chris Jeeves produced the brochure whilst working for Carr Kamasa but left it in a file somewhere that Desertwolf somehow found..? It would appear that Chris had to fall on his sword. I’m sure we’d all like a 10 minute chat with him now...
