Once RNS is released confirming the deal has been inked then BCN are derisked with Zinnwald being the cherry on top once funding is complete. Which will definitely happen as they would not want to lose their 50% share for €1

Obviously the numbers will have to be re-jigged somewhat as it isn't a straight investment from a third party now, Ganfeng will more than likely be able to offer certain items and services cheaper than what was originally priced in. PS probably doesn't even know the exact numbers himself yet so how are us PIs supposed to know? All I know is that we have partnered one of the top Lithium companies in the world and people here still have sour faces. Clarity will come soon I would like to think? NST

Totally agree. No mass dilution needed to raise funds. Half the funding from Ganfeng with expertise and extensive knowledge of this industry and BCN also get a customer to off take up to 50% of product at market price all rolled into 1. Add in Zinnwald spin off to the mix. What's not to like? NST

Totally agree. All you have to do is check out Ganfeng to see how many lithium companies they are invested in. They are certainly no mugs when it comes to this BUSINESS. They will speed up every aspect of BCNs needs and will also be paying market prices for our finished product. Win/win for both parties IMO. NST

Such as tiger btt have done well trading on the spike this morning. I thought about it myself for a moment but decided against it. Tigers holding was less than £10k so he can quite easily buy back in at 28.5p
