At previous negative cash flow of £150k a month and taking into account the tax credit and the purchase the company had 7 1/2 months cash at the beginning of the year. At that rate cash runs out in August provided that the tax credit is received by then; it would run out in July if they are still waiting to receive the tax credit). Any logical assessment suggests a placing soon after the authority to issue more shares is received. Porky's suggestion of 20 million shares at 5p seems likely unless people start selling in anticipation of a discounted raise or either a cash input from a partner or news that boosts the share price (a raise would still be needed if there was non financial news but might just be at a higher price).

I do not believe that they have 'sufficient cash until next year.'. If anybody (such as uxm484) could point out flaws in my thinking it would be appreciated.

Valirx has been paying 'Post Employment benefits' for years; £9600 last year and £9163 the year before.

Why is someone receiving this money? And, who is it? Do current management intend on paying any of them who get sacked for years to come?
