Wait until there is a seller with more than a billion shares to sell; you might not be so lucky then. At least you seem to find losing money amusing; you get even happier over the next few months.

You do not need a short position if you have 1.3 billion shares to dump and crash the price. Any 'expert' would know that.

Why ignore the 1.3 billion shares given to RiverFort? Nearly 5% of the company given away to secure the deal. And, RiverFort can convert using the 'lowest daily volume weighted average price ("VWAP") in the 15 trading days preceding the conversion date' so if there is any good news to spike the price they could profit very well indeed.

Funded? Maybe... BUT those 1.3 billion new ordinary shares will be sold unless RiverFort are becoming a long term holder [yeah, right].

And, the 'funds will fully fund working capital necessary to progress the Company's key planned activities'. NOTE - progress, not complete. And, The Dear Leader has a habit of finding new Unicorns to chase so do not be surprised if they discover a new activity to pursue. Maybe a wind or solar farm? How about generating electricity on site to charge a battery system to sell power to the Grid at peak prices.

Surely an 'expert' would know all of the above? And, if the expert is a real expert is the suggestion that the company is 'fully funded for all projects' just plain dishonest? I thought that the Hydrogen storage project was thought to need around £1 billion in financing.

Is the refinancing delay stopping the Auditors signing off the accounts?
