IF COPD is successful , à P3 will need funding and further funding maybe needed for covid also ...

This might explain why the sP is moving back to the over subscribed placement price .

I was expecting a licensing deal to fund these trials but maybe we aren't ready for signing yet ...

We have a scienfic trend pointing towards interferons being helpful in the covid 19 battle for quite a while Especially since it was shown that covid 19 blocks the interferon pathway ....

whilst interferons may help by putting on the brakes in covid19 we are still a long way off from being a stand alone drug, as the prof pointed out

I am not as excited as most on here are for the simple reason that I have not learned anything new, tbh

Fine tuning , dosing levels, and timing ...

I have always said that we should have the COPD interim results before the hospital subgroup results, it's just logical ....

IF you believe like me that RIchard is an intelligent and cultivated person then you must presume that his scientific nature makes him a fairly precise man :-)

When he said ... enough money to finish the hospital trial ( when recruitment wasn't finished ) and to START the home trial .....

COPD interim results SUMMER , it means that he was being intentionally vague whilst staying precise :-)

Technically possible as we don't know exactly when SYNAIRGEN gave the GO signal for the results to be unblinded but goes against RIchard's timeline when he stated Summer

THE covid theory maybe ...but not the covid trial which is ongoing until at least the end of august , so , NO Urgency from a regulatory aspect ...

why do you think there is urgency ? Whatever the results in COPD they won't affect the results in covid ....

Anyway , the statistical readout is done by a specialist company and not by Synairgen ... IT's not just a push a button and we have the data report on the desk !!!

In any case SNG won't be able to sit on the report for too long without taking the risk of insider trading allegations :-)

Dosing levels are decided in phases 1a -1b,
That is why SNG had to go with the same COPD dosing in COVID trials to save time

You have no evidence that they are already looking at the data from the COPD trial ....

Should take 3-4 weeks from the go button to get the report back especially I need this lockdown period

Efficacy .... others may say IV might be Better especially if you want to treat outside the lungs or not just the lungs ....
