I agree , there has definitely IMO been negociations going on , in the background and due diligence done .... THe COPD results will seal the deal if they are considered succesful even with the underpowered trial ....
It would not surprise me if a clause of ´ first refusal ´ for covid be part of the package as well

We all know that SNG haven't got the funding yet for P3 trials in COPD ...

My gut feeling is that these interim results in COPD are funding related ...be it by pharma partnering or by fund raising ....

We should have these COPD results within a 5-6 weeks timeframe of the hospital results ....MY gut feeling again is that SNG will use this time to secure funding for the COPD trial at the very least at maybe even further funding for COvid ....

All in my opinion as a veteran biotech observer :-)

Depending on which side of the coin you look at , one cannot see why SNG would release this data now , unless they were VERY confident of positive results ...
