The COPD trial results + the asthma results will of course be taken into consideration from a safety point of view but imo 220 covid patients may just be a little too small a number for the FDA on a efficacy point ...but if the results are very promising it should get us into a fast track system to do a rapid P3 trial at a minimum ....so

You have been reading too much into the ramping commentary of Nolupus, I think :-)

COPD is only in P2, if succesful in this phase , we would normally need to do a P3 afterwards .

As already mentioned , dosage levels are done in phase 1 .
We are in phase 2 ...
It's a bit like snakes and ladders ... you sometimes have to go back to go forward :-)

Covid and COPD trials are similiar in dosing levels and administration .....

Will the boost needed in COPD trials be the same as the boost needed in COvid trials ??

If we read the litterature ... covid 19 suppresses the interferon reaction in a substantial number of infected patients whilst that is not the case in COPD patients so ... let you think about that one

Each method has to do their own safety trials with the dosing levels that they consider effective

We are using the same dosage levels for covid as well as COPD ....
To change the dosage levels , synairgen would have had to do other clinical trials for safety purposes ...
Ad we were in a hurry , this was not possible so we will just have to wait and find out if the dosing levels are high enough for covid 19 ....

We may theorise on the dosage levels needed to combat a viral infection like covid19 or the common flu ....

It's a major question for me but only the results will give the response ....

But I do intend to sell shares before the COPD readout as I am over exposed at this time , for your information, sherif ....

We have also seen the SP hyper boosting before readouts with major volumes to enable major investors to sell out their shares before the news of unsuccessful trial results
