We as investors do the same , so as to calculate our risk/reward , and to estimate our potential losses if things don't work out the way we had planned ..
A CEO in biotech companies is the same , the survival of the company is in his hands .

In case of success , he has to judge how best to proceed , go it alone, partnership, even sell out .

Funding is not a dirty word , it's a matter of survival and options ....

14 million raised in march, will not be enough to fund , P3 in COPD and P3 in covid 19 and will not be enough in case that things go wrong so RIchard would be very foolhardy if he was not watching the funding , IMO

Probably should stop telling people what they should or should not be thinking ...

Freedom of speech and open minded thinking should be the norm
