Investors should be prepared mentally for all the scenarios possible even a negative hospital readout does not mean the trial is a failure ....
It's genarally expected that the home patients should show better results than the hospital patients because of the lesser time to treatment so we could still achieve statistical positive results in the full 220 patients even with a non conclusive result in hospital patients ...

IF the hospital patients data is satisfactory well the full clinical trial should be even better ...

The clinical trial is the 220 patients data from the combined hospital and at home patients

Abuse is standard here as the logic does'nt suit the rampers and the short term traders ....

But PAtience is the key here no matter what the outcomes of interim analysis

Data is king but regulatory protocol is still needed especially when your a small British biotech .

Even Gilead had hundreds/thousands of people trialed before getting emergency approval

IF Sng were to get emergency approval , it would'nt come after this readout on the hospital patients, imv

Don't forget that this is a clinical trial with two subgroups which we are getting an interim readout from both subgroups BUT
It's the combined data from both subgroups which will reveal if the clinical trial has reached it's endpoints or not !

Any emergency approval application would in my opinion have to wait for the full clinical trial results before being submitted ...

I am sure to get abuse for these views as per usual ....
