Rich is a very subjective subject

If you ask someone on a minimum wage what is rich... he may say someone with a £100k is rich
The fella with a £ 100k will say that the guy with £1million is rich
The fella with £1 million will say , me rich ? No ... you need £10 million to be rich and so rich is relative to what you have and your expectations :-)

I personally would say that your now playing with your profits and not with your capital so therefore it's not the same thing ;-)
Everyone has their own investment strategies , some are reckless and some are well thought out .

Going ´ all in ´ in any one share is reckless in my view, no matter what the potential is ... This time people have made a lot of money through recklessness but by keeping this all in habit, it's only a question of time before they fall on a bogey share , imo

No matter how much I believe in any one share , there is no way I would invest more than 30% of my portfolio in it ...

The real danger here was before trial results because no matter how much we believed in the science , Synairgen had everything to prove to the world as well as to the investors . I would'nt have invested here , only for COvid or at least after a succesful readout in the phase 2 COPD .
The Covid 19 has put Synairgen under the spotlight but I agree it's COPD which will now bring real rewards if succesful .The road is still long with many milestones to meet , but every milestone will bring extra value to those that are patient .

We have to remember one thing imv

When Astra handed back the rights to SNG001 in asthma , Synairgen moved ahead in COPD in direct competition with Astra.....
Astra have their own inhaled molecules in COPD ....

That's why I believe that Astra is not the preferred partner for Synairgen ...

We have to remember that Richard and the team have been working hard on COPD for many years and on COvid for a few short months ....

We should'nt forget that the pharma companies are not just looking at the figures on COvid ... They all want to be the one ´ that saved the World ´ :-)
That will of course be beneficial to them in many ways.

I believe we will be doing a deal with a US pharma and not Astra ...

The US fund arriving would point is in that direction in any case :-)

I also believe that SYNairgen will do a licensing deal for COvid and that the US pharma will take a stake of 10-25 % in SYnairgen

RIchard will then have the funds to do à P3 trial in COPD with the upfront payment on COVID .....

But from memory , if we are looking at the bio marker it's pertinent in 60 % of Lupus patients approx

It's a bit more complicated than that , scoredagainststeps but you are correct in that is in phase 1 of the investment strategy ...before readout :-)

Most people average down their investments which can be rewarding or ruinous depending on what happens next ..

Here in IMM we have the avantage of having a Great average which enables us to be zen whilst awaiting the breakout ...

The techs tell me to double up my position when the sp breaks through 15p and watch very carefully the 19p resistance .... IF we smash through these levels we could average up again and go for 32p but as always it's not going to be in a straight line ....

Let's see if this zen strategy works out ....

Too much interferon causes autoimmune diseases like Lupus etc

The one good thing about Covid19 is that so many great minds are now focusing on learning more about our immune system and the science will be beneficial for many different diseases which up to now were largely ignored . All the billions of investment into research will pay off in the long run , but in the meantime we have to find treatments to get the world back ´ to normal ´ .
