Thanks Ray, I am not clear whether 401 operates like a checkpoint inhibitor, I believe that's more closely related to specific immune system killing of tumour cells.
My (clumsy) analogy is that 401 is akin to applying the handbrake on a moving car when the footbrake has failed.
I had a vague look at Scancell's SC1B2, from recollection it's currently targeting lung cancer, but I am unclear whether it targets other sub-types of cancer (squamous cell carcinoma?).
Scancell seem ok, I haven't invested as I don't have the time to read through their science in detail. I have pondered the reasons why Scancell "investors" seem to bother this board so much, in some manners we should probably take it as a compliment, as they wouldn't be here unless they had a good competitive reason, presumably related to equity raising, grant/partner chasing, or maybe the PR team just get a bit overexcitable when fed too much sugar.
