Apparently the pain is almost unbearable, she says she just has to sit in a ball and cry. I assume the pain is from the literal growth of the endo lesion growing and causing damage/perforating uterine tissues.

If 301 could literally be made like an oral "pain prevention" pill, or even as an insulin type device, it would be rather useful, particularly in a hospitalization setting.

Ah ok, the pk data does appear to show the 8mg blood plasma concentrate does seem to "flat top", so in the grand scheme of things, if they find the body's natural limit it makes sense not to progress to 16mg.

If "the patient got the wrong dose", that would possibly explain the anomalous 5mg dosing point, that seems to disappear in newer presentations.

I always wondered how the transition from 3 weekly to 1 weekly dosing would go. From recollection, the 201 half-life in the blood is quite short (hours?) but the protein itself appeared to bond to the intended target quite well (days, weeks?).

It is nice to think that the "expected baseline" of the results due in the next fortnight, based on the lower dosing result, is an "average reduction" in tumour size by 30%. With potential scope for (a modest?) improvement on that.

I always wondered why they bothered with 5mg. It seems rather silly to rise from 4mg/kg to 5mg/kg, either the Dr decided to up the dosing randomly to 'test the waters', or the pharmacist messed up the body weight calculation (I could imagine terminally ill patients body weight could fluctuate quite rapidly).

It was around this era of presentation I started to get hyper excited about VAL. How else can you interpret "stable disease at lower dosing, 30-40% PSA reduction" as anything else but positive. I was probably 2-3 years into Valirx "investing" at that point (sigh..).

Hm, ok, by power of elimination (from TAT poster), it seems we are due 3-4 patients at 8mg/kg weekly dosing. With a possible wildcard for a slightly random 1x 5mg/kg patient (I vaguely recall that may have happened, why I do not remember).
