Yes even after today's 24p divi these are down 20p besides don't know why, or how much farther to drop. Nearly bought some more at 435 but dropping even more now, tempting but don't know the bottom might drop further today or tomorrow any thoughts.

Yes i know that, what i am saying the drop is more than what the divi is paying.

This is even worse, down more at the moment than they are paying divi makes you wonder whether it is worth waiting for the divi.

Yes i thought the Directors buys would have lifted the share price but did nothing, i can't understand why the builders are under a cloud at the moment.

More buys than sells but sp still going down can see this 450 by Thursday.

I try to do that but sometimes does not work bought SIV when it dropped but it carried on dropping same with MTC MYSALE and more very hard to pick the right one's sometime.

That is what i try to do but i must admit i have lost money many a time trying to do that, i always jump in to quick and a lot of them seem to carry on going down. The one's that i don't buy seem to go up the next day.

It's getting a bit monotonous now this share it just can't seem to break away from the 500p mark. Since brexit it's got to about 517p and then always drops back to the 470s mark then back up again then back down again. I might stay around till the ex divi date and if climbs back up after to the 490 mark i will move on. There are quite a few shares these last few days that have crashed and now are going back up quite fast such as CPI, LRD , MOTR, and 1or 2 more rant over. GL all.

On about shares, only last month bought 30000 fxpo at 63 sold at 67 look at them now above a £1 should have held. If you had bought more or less any mining share at start of year like VED FXPO GLEN AAL ECT ECT and held them till now you would have made at 200% now. My biggest mistake not holding TCG had 300000 at 15p sold at 19p went above £1 anyway never mind way it goes GL all let's hope for a better day tomorrow.

I have won and lost on shares over the years down now around 20k trying to get it back, the thing is you sell when you should have held and held when you should have sold. Like ocdo i said would go down by end of day should have sold and bought back in thats the way it goes never learn.

Some are going up miners continue to go up, my ocado shares are rising today(mind you they might drop by end of day or tomorrow) i have never liked Carney myself i mean he lowered interest rates and pumped money into the economy after brexit just so he could say we would be in a right mess now if i had not done so( rubbish ).

I would be very very surprised if the share price does not go down on ex divi date nearly all shares drop by nearly what they are paying divi, they should recover in the weeks after, i mean if the share price did not drop on ex divi days everybody would buy shares on ex divi days and then sell 2 or 3 days after and buy into another share day before ex divi day and so on.

I couldn't agree more, it's about time the voters who voted to remain stop whinging about the result (and trying to overturn it) and started to accept a democratic vote. They can't see it, but they are playing straight into the EU's hands. If May had put in Article 50 straight away we would not be having all these court cases ect ect, i just hope the judge throws it out, because if he does not i think we could be in trouble.
