Well we got back our loss from yesterday surprised at that to say pm started to fall this afternoon. We only need a few more days next week like this and we will back to normal. The French election could push us down a bit on Monday because i think Macron will win, if he does the bank shares will rise imo we will see next week. Have a good weekend all and GL for next week.

They are starting again now, silver is not up now watch HOC start to lose it's gains from this morning.

Yes you are right Eish i think they will surpass the high 200 mark i hope they get up to 300, they don't take long to go back up so long as the manipulators don't start messing about this afternoon we should be in for a good day.GL all.

Seer i am keeping the faith at the mo it is the only thing i can do. Lost a bit on VED and a lot of paper losses on here at the mo, but it will change and when it does it will not take it long to be back in the high 200s. You can lose a lot by selling a share at a loss then buying another share thinking that share will rise faster have done in the past and lost out. I write down shares on paper at a price i could have bought them at and what i would have made or lost doing that trade, like today i wrote down sell HOC at 236 and i could have bought KAZ at 421 and then see if i would have made or lost doing that if you can understand what i am saying. Apart from 25000 shares in SXX my only other share is this and all my cash is in HOC so at the mo i have to wait till i make on this. Put all my cash in this at around 271 so a bit down but it will come good at some point. Did you sell your SDX and buy more of these.

I am the same never do what my brain is telling me. I was going to sell these Tuesday morning at 253 held on if i had done could have re bought back and maid 2k never mind. I thought these would have been up first thing but going down at the mo unless they have changed while typing a lot of pm shares are rising so there is hope. GL all.

Sorry to hear that seer, but you never know stranger things happen in shares. Yes i am hoping for a rise today, gold silver both up at the mo, getting fed up losing thousands every day, only paper losses at the mo. Strange how it turns around so quickly less than 2 weeks ago i had made up nearly all my losses, now nearly back to square one, well i will have to wait until the tide turns (and it will) when i don't know. More than likely it's NYMEX until they decide enough is enough we won't see this or other miners rise, i might not be far wrong when i said this could see 190 again.

Are we going to see gold less than $1200 and silver less than $16 relentless this is, same every day when NYSE gold and silver drops and shares follow.

Well i was right about the 10p drop just got the timing wrong this aft instead of this morning. It was not doing to bad till NYSE opened then bang, silver going down again now. It's about time we had a turnaround here.

Credit where credit's due you were right about silver rising, although it did start to fall a bit now going back up. Hope you get it right with HOC going up in next couple of days. I think seer has abandoned us a little with his other baby SDX i notice you are on SDX chat GL all.

I hope your prediction is right, i see this morning silver has gained a little but is still well down from Friday and also gold still dropping. I am expecting a drop in HOC this morning maybe 10p hope no more than that but we will have to wait and see.GL all for today.

Silver $17.16 at the moment can see this going below $17, end of last year silver was about $16 HOC was about 190 hope it is not going the same way.

I could do with HOC going up 10p or 15p this week, maybe sell Friday and buy maybe BARC on Friday before french elections, because if Macron gets in (and i think he will) such as bank shares could rise 10p or 12p could make a couple of grand in a day. Just my thoughts could be wrong. PM are getting a pounding at the moment. I see the Mail is tipping SXX could rise tomorrow. GL for this week (we need some).

Maybe it is a good thing SM is closed today with pm dropping again, let's hope it recovers by tomorrow.

seer i am like you i like the gamble of shares i have enough cash to live quite well but i still don't like to lose. I just play about with what i have got in my TD account if i lose it i won't like it, but i won't lose sleep over it and i won't put anymore money in it to try to get it back. Learnt my lesson on that score a long time ago when i used to bet on the nags. Now i am retired this is my hobby over the 9yrs i have been doing this i am down about 10k out of a 50k stake and if VED had not gone down so much and HOC i would be level. I don't think that is so bad to say i had no knowledge of share trading.

Yes i would like for HOC to get to £3 i will sell most likely at 280-290 mark, i can't imo see it getting much above £3 not at the mo we might even have seen the high for this year way they keep bringing pm down. I am in a bit of a dilemma as what to do i keep watching different shares have had a look at SDX but i will wait and see how they go for the moment. Mind you HOC has to rise 20p more before i look to something else. Shares are a bit up and down at the minute which is good for the likes of me and you but if you time it wrong (which i have done this last few days) it can take you a bit of time to get your money back or take a loss and move on and hope to make it back on something else.Don't you like the look of SXX, i think it will be a great long time share. I am up around 30% now only trouble is i only have 25000 of them. anyway GL lets hope we can have a better week next week.

There is a lot of talk on here about the magical £3 for a long time on here, what i would like to know is if it does get to £3 is everybody who writes on here going to sell? or are people going to wait for the dizzy heights of £4.
