Hi Nige i dont really know now, i am expecting them to go up this week when May announces extra 10 billion for house building ect this week. Fingers crossed it might just go up to 640 before ex divi date, if it does i might hold for the divi and hope it gains what it will lose on ex divi day, because if BOE puts interest rates up at the start of Nov it will drop so it only gives us a couple of days to get back what it drops.(If that makes sense) GL all for this week.

Hi Nige i said it could be 550 on ex divi day not before divi day. I hope i am wrong because at the mo still holding. According to the papers May is going to pump money into housing so if she does it should bode well for building shares this week, so i hope i will be eating my words before ex divi day if we get to 650. GL all.

I think i will also Debacle, just darn't press the sell button at moment, think i will if it gets to 650 before ex divi date but i can't really see it. GL all.

On about upping interest rates again, next sitting beginning November, already share price showing effects of what he has said today. GL all.

Morning everybody, i may come across as being negative on this share but it's just my thoughts at the mo on this share, it will go up in time but i can't really see it rising that much before ex divi day, only my opinion. As for being a shorter i can assure you i am not i am just a small time gambler on the stock market. I like to be in and out of shares i never hold a share for long if i can make a small profit i am off and on to the next one. Only share i have held for a long time is SXX and i only have 25000 of those bought for 18p. Let's hope for a rise Today. GL all.

Hope your plan comes to together, i can't really see it (hope i am wrong) as for interest rates imo i think they will rise Nov. If you are prepared to wait maybe 12 months for your 650 target price you might get it, but imho i don't think you will get it before ex divi date.

Nige you are very optimistic about BDEV myself still thinks this will stick around the 600 mark up to ex divi date then drop about 25-30 if any bad news comes out in the meantime regarding builders this will drop. I think the BOE is giving some sort of speech today (not entirely sure) but if they are and any hint again about interest rates could send this down just my opinion. GL all.

Are they getting these trades right, 7,789,000 buys all those yesterday as well, if those are buys the share price should be up a lot more than it is ??.

Out of nearly all builders shares bdev only one down.

Above sells 1,454,860 buys 5,849,597. unless some are sells instead of buys.

I don't know but 5million more buys and the price only goes up by 1p strange (a zero missing from the amount) should have been 5,000,000 not 500,000.

Wonder who has bought all those shares if it is right, almost 500,000 more buys than sells.

I don't use stop losses because you never really know what price you may end up with, you might put a stop loss in at say 600 and if it suddenly drops to 580 then you end up getting 580 instead of 600. I use limit buys or sells and even then they don't always work out right. If i can break even or make a small profit i will be getting out of these if they can drop 12p on BOE thinking of putting a small rise on interest rates think what will happen when they do. Just my opinion though GLall.

I hope you are right, i bought 8000 of these at 600 3 weeks ago and have been watching them since and up to press they are not moving north. Every time they start to gain a little something brings them back down. Like yesterday Director sells down 4p boe says interest rates might rise down they go. IMO i think we have seen the top now for a bit they will be up one day down the next never really getting much above the 600 mark maybe in 6 months to a year they might be 650-660 i hope i have to eat my words but i don't think so.

I think more like 550 on ex divi date.

I wonder if the downgrade by Moody's will affect the price on Monday.

It would do me Judge to go up all next week but somehow i can't see it happening.
