In the meantime, the short activity that I suspected was taking place in the last few days proved my point.

Qube Research & Technologies Limited declared as of the 2nd September that they've raised their short position to 0.70%.

As I explained before to the ones here on the past posts and to those here that today might wish to take notice, a shorting fund doesn't need to timely update the FCA on their short position changes and can be days or even many weeks away from the day that the increase or reduction actually took place.

As there's isn't an actual obligation per se on these shorting funds to be updating the FCA on their suggested time frame of two weeks, this time frame is not written in stone and can be far longer or worse be regularly abused, but for as long they eventually declared it to the FCA, we the general retail investors can't do nothing about it, unless the declared to the FCA date is as such of excessive time frane that would result then be reported for further investigation as to why it took that long to be reported to the FCA. Even then, the FCA wouldn't give the one who reported any further updates unless it had been a serious matter like it happen with the shorting of ex Premier oil stock

I have many times uploaded files off the Bloomberg Terminal that costs $2k a month and recently back in March 2024 also files off the FactSet Terminal at $1k per month.

All the above mentioned platforms and in particularly the Bloomberg Terminal is recognised across the Financial industry as the number one source for all financial data that are nowhere to be found apart that on that platform and used by bankers, big and small institutional investors ectera ectera. FactSet is the alternative cheaper version but nonetheless not to be laughed at as it receives premium banking data too. If you've bothered to read what I've uploaded back in March this year and previous years too, then you would have realised that none of it would have been found asking Google AI or by searching other Internet free sources. Moreover, even my last few posts uploaded pdf links(mostly expired now) still had very relevant information on the current top 10 institutional investors positions held in Capita.

But what can you bring to the table along with others with the similar attitude as you?

Just updating here that there was today shorting activity as soon as cpi open up for trading or just after 8am.

An overall amount made up of various smaller lots of cpi shares that together resulted to 526,629 executed at 17.819p and according to what I've seen in my Interactive Brokers pro account in the short selling section, was put through earlier on. I guess it had just a short effect on the cpi stock, nevertheless there's seems to be a constant daily effort being made by some very short term traders to stop cpi rising as we wait it out for next 12 days or so for that completion of Capita One sale announcement.

That's the beauty of being invested in Capita. Only tough as nails investors need to apply for the position of retail investors.

I bet Trisor that in two weeks it will be all done and dusted. I've heard loud and clear that it will be completed

according to HP within that time frame and I don't doubt her statement and sincerely we should all take it as

the Gospel truth. You can all come back to the history of my posts and then call me out if it then doesn't go

according to HP last words. Anyhow, the MM's had a good feed on Friday and that should keep them calm for

few days until we hear more from Capita hopefully sooner rather than within the next 14 days.

On the ADVFN the UT came in at 1,794,140 on the buy side with 18.08p followed by a [O] buy 350,000 trade that got late reported at 16:39:20 with 18.08p.

Insofar, I see a very genuine looking amount of Buy [O] trades made up of 6,966,163 versus 3,460,244 of reported sells volumes plus 660,077 of unknown trades. The MM's have made their money for the day. Great work.

JamesOxford should never have been entertained. Accordingly, they might have been a paid actor or part of the#shorting team to persuade buyers to come in ready and heavy. But, I didn't budge more than 70,000 at 19p because I got tired of waiting for 18p which eventually I got it with another part of my cash which now puts me at almost 50% of my reserves into Capita. Shares investing can be a tedious waiting game whether waiting it out to for a lower or higher price. Time is the essence and can't be made to go faster. So, for the record, I've never for one second took JO posts as serious as they probably thought and believed of themselves they would once published here. But everyone is welcome here and therefore you just can't avoid posters like JO OR SK. They've for now disappeared in the thin of the air.

I had quickly jumped into my ISA account and placed a £13k request to buy at 17.80p as it was impossible to get a quote. So, now I'm holding just 142,690k cpi shares averaging at 18.43p excluding the £150 of stamp duty and commission costs. Have you all a nice weekend and specially you Kipper9.

I remember last year back in March before the results were going to be published when she told me that we would be in the money come March 2023. Well, she was tipping the cpi horse a s a winner that went following those back then results to move all the way to 46p from hoovering under 29p even when Citibank had put target price at 29p that kept cpi glued on for a while until those March results came out and broke free. So, to be hones with you Helen Parris has been very truthful and wasn't bull'shiiting us.

Yes, my mood has changed to the positive direction. As soon as I saw her mobile number I called her and she answered.

I did try initially IR S. Little, but had no joy. So, we've got lucky. She's definitely saved my nerves at least for the weekend.

I use various trading accounts, one is an ISA and always struggle to get a quote unless is around these times. The where I have already invested in Cpi is excellent for quotes. I'll check now to see if I can get a quote and will report.
