I'm glad I make you laugh Capitalizer. I've always been known as the clown in my family but everyone loved me to bits.

I've always managed to turn a sour day into a happy for most people.

But, it wasn't a fruitless conversation with Helen Parris.

I did remind her who I was and my investment position in Capita which is different from the one that I've disclosed publicly in this cpi forum. Which one is the correct one and which one is not is of course for me a secret not to be told and divulged.

The take away in the end is, she's aware that I'm watching her back and needs not to forget her very important role in the IR department at Capita.

Some hedge funds have very good 'housekeeping' skills and are very prompt and right on the clock with their reporting and closing, whilst some are happy to sit on their borrowed stock and pay the lenders interest fee and drag it on for years to what benefit obviously I'm still no any wiser. Look at boohoo, petrofact, thg, and other well know UK plc. A shorter can make themselves at home and be a nuisance or can be one of those that quickly comes in to promptly open a short, get into the market probably also on the back of knowledge that the stock market is heading for a correction and use that in their favour to speed up their objective as we've seen on the 11th September that soon after after close we saw that new Millennium short pop up.

If those funds report correctly and timely, then it's not going to be difficult for us retail investors to work it out. I'm thankful that in my interactive brokers pro account I can see the anonymous short selling activities and at what approximate price the shares got closed off after borrowing the stock and what volumes were used in overall. Even with these averages we can be surer that their entry and exit shorting plan is detected and used for our information so that we can a meaningful understanding as to why the share price retreated and who were mostly the responsible for having the most detrimental effect on the cpi share price movements and direction going forward.

Perhaps you can have shorter borrowing the stock out and not putting it into the market and a shorter that is happy to pay a lenders interest fee rate whilst holding a stock out as with the Qube shorting Mob who are yet to show their shorting activities and hope not to see we've seen with the Millennium mob full on in the last few days and tracked on the short tracker website.

So, we've taken back almost 1 penny that was lost on the 11th September. If we can continue until on this course and rise further up, then it would had been just a quick pain to endure and live ever happy afterwards.

With perhaps that aprox. 300,000 being seen today if I'm correct to state here so as the equivalent to that 0.09% rise from the Millennium Mob shorters gang.

Less than 300,000 were used throughout the day made of small lots of AT sells in comparison to few days ago when on that 11th September I posted that 2,428,393 shares or about £430k worth of borrowed stock were closed off at 17.70p or bought back for a profit.

So, yesterday I reported that 749,420 were dealt at 17.961p and bought back by the shorter.

So, that amounted to aprox. 3,500,000 shares since the the 11th September being borrowed and bought back with hopefully the final short activity concluded today.

Thanks Trisor for reassuring me that Helen Parris came across as a lovely lady. They do say that a person's voice goes along with their public persona. So, I don't doubt that if I 'did' ever come along to one of those Capita Investors whete HP would be present that I wouldn't find her as pleasant as you stated she's been when you met her.

By knowing me already as one of those here today gone tomorrow daily ,weeky or monthly traders, the likely chance of that ever happening is 0.01%.😎

Broomtree that would be her choice. Believe it or not, last year she actually texted me when she was away on holiday letting me know when she would be back in her office. She's very easy going with the 'right people'.

I've been rude and always being thankful to her for attending my random unannounced phone calls.

By speaking with her, I get a good feeling of what's going in the background. Since she's right in the middle of all the Capita transformation, any unusual hint from just her tone of her voice is enough to give me some sort of direction whether the business is trotting along as a going concern or facing some trouble ahead.

I can read lots from a person voice and do decipher more than you can ever imagine from what people post here or say to me on the phone. That's one of my specialities

With today share price we've nearly hit a 1 penny increase in the share price since that few days ago when the shorters activity was full on.

If anyone bought around 17.77p days ago could in theory flip for a nice profit depending their cpi stock investment appetite even on a very short trading term. But maybe they'll not sell and stay all the way back to 19.77p and get 2 pence instead

I've just finished talking with IR Helen Parris.

When she answered she knew who I was and immediately said Hi🙂 and I proceed with letting her know who I was and who I stand for.

She's very obviously very at ease talking with me(You dirty minds)😁

The call lasted over 10 minutes and I did most of the speaking as Helen was seemingly happy to reiterate what was already known me from their August TU and it follows:

I've asked specifically if they were aware of the shorts activity and the unusually high AT transactions that have still to date being played out against the cpi stock.

Her reply was that they do monitor for new shorts activity and look out for such practices that can be interpreted as 'stock manipulation' which I added in her conversation that would be a detriment to AH and PA who are now decently invested in Capita and would hate to see cpi bring dragged down back to where they bought.

She fully understands my concerns and cannot do more than reinforce that Capita is in a better place under AH and have already stated their upcoming plans and there's nothing more they can do apart from giving that Capita update on the 23rd September with IR SL along with Yellowstone as of the invited guests at the event.

I then dared out and asked her if there were anything upcoming in the very near future that would be supporting of the share price that ideally would stop the shorts and AT transactions being played out.

Her answer of course was: I can't tell you that, but we're working away at it, but any market sensitive information cannot be divulged😁.

My last question was:

What happened to those roadshows that last year we spoked about when you told me that all the funds were still to come back from their holidays and are you having the same scenario this year too, or have you plans for any autumn roadshows ?

Her answer was that on the 23rd September they will discuss this area in regards to institutional investors and retail investors.

I then added that the current top 10 institutional investors are yet to buy cpi shares even at these very low levels and that some of those institutional investors have invested when cpi was well over £1 and could in theory half their average if they wanted improve their average position and perhaps exit their long dragged on Capita investment at break even or with a small profit. I also added that many retail investors from the John Lewis era that bought cpi all the way down to 12p are yet to see the light of day with some taking huge write offs as they believed cpi was going into single digits. It's only thanks to the new CEO AH and his reassuring recovery plans that cpi avoided a total collapse of the share price.

I finally thanked her and said I won't bother her for a while and have a nice weekend.

The overall biggest amount used to short cpi today has been at around 14:30 where those AT sell transactions grouped together to make a figure of 749,420 and dealt at 17.961p with 2.2048% being the lender daily rate charged to the borrower. This information has been extracted from my interactive brokers pro account under the cpi short selling section of the I.I. workstation.

Those bloody hackers are getting younger and more capable and now also home bred too.

Teenage boy, 17, arrested after TfL customers' data are hacked in ongoing cyber

The 17-year-old boy has been arrested in Walsall in relation to a cyber attack affecting Transport for London (TfL) which is ongoing, the National Crime Agency (NCA) has confirmed.

The teenager was arrested earlier this month on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act offences in relation to the attack, the NCA said in a statement.

TfL said today that some customer data, including names, addresses, emails and bank details, had been accessed in a continuing cyber attack.

Thankfully Capita was not part of it otherwise we wouldn't have heard the last of it.

I'm afraid to inform you and everyone else that the AT gang are keeping the cpi share price in this range because they can. If you had an opportunity to look over the last few hours of volumes trades, you'll find just very long runs of AT either masquerading as Sell or Buy. There's that possibility that as we get close some big purchases will appear, but insofar they don't want cpi to pop its head above 18p without getting pulled under ever so slightly. This is their game and they're very good at it.

I'm very sure that with the Labour plan to digitise the NHS and with the Reeves announcement of Amazon AWS UK investment and the Adolfo Hernández previous position at Amazon AWS connects perfectly well with Capita and cannot be ignored or worse denied that it will create further and bigger contractual opportunities around these area where AH has already the upperhand to make sure Capita will be first in line to financially benefit and accommodate imho in that instance the UK government as it wants to bring forward their digital plan.

The AT traders gang are back on the move but for today their task is to pump up the cpi share price instead bringing it down. I suspect that the cpi share price is on the mend courtesy of the AT gang.😄

At least we know that cpi will most definitely reverse all that it lost at least back to 18.20p for starters first thing at the opening tomorrow.

I know that the Dow Jones has always interested you and you probably have spread bet it buying low and sell really high making yourself easy money even more easy than with trading stock.

I used to take a daily roll over bet with the wall street Dow jones index when I was with Ig index and loved the big drops and ride the wave all way back up ready to cash out before she reversed all way down and up again. That's where I would get that adrenaline rush.

Its the only place on the stock market that can make you or break you if you place your bets too big and too far soon before the drop or the rebound. I used to love it seeing all that blue as my bet was adding more value ready for closing it off. I wasn't never bothered to leave money on the table as with the Dow you should never be too greedy or she'll bite back at the speed of sound and all suddenly she would put hundreds if not thousands in the red. So, that's where the big money is imho. Its where all the action begins from in the USA.
