I've also noticed that just before close their was an usual movement in the share price spread with bid price dropping down 18.92p and ask price at 19.54p. That in itself created a big red line down the way and then up again to where it was before the odd spread kicked in.

All the movements that were seen today were mostly down to shorters going in around 16:00 with about 700,000 shares with the price action seen around 19.84p. So, they've fought tooth and nail and could indeed have played as shorts and longs all the time. Have a great weekend

1.53% in overall short but could all be old news as the shares have been going up and imho these inceases are as old as the hills.

As the old saying goes:

You play with matches you get burned. Although I've still got all my fingers in place as given by my dear late mother(may she rest in peace), I've come very close in various occasions in feeling that intense heat whereby you knew deep in you you were about to get burned. Thankfully I've learned to bear that bit extra of heat and still got all my fingers tips intact and hardly any scarring if any at all.

So, for the record, I'm not currently thinking to invest in any stock and I'm taking a breather out and park my money in my usual 5.3% GBP isa interest account which is what pays for any unused cash once it clears after today 'big disposal' over 200,000 cpi shares which was made of three purchase shares prices.

One lot at 17.78p

One lot at 19.00p

One lot at 19.37p

My exit price is around 19.40p

So, not much overall to bragg about in profit. I'm thankful that I was able to get out on a Friday morning as the quotes for selling out were coming through intermittently and sometimes none at all. I don't always use the limit order sell or buy function as I like to see the action there and then and hate waiting around. Cheers

8000 Claimants Sue Outsourcing Giant Capita Over 2023 Data Breach.

Almost 8000 claimants are to make up a High Court case against outsourcing firm Capita following the 2023 cyber-attack at the company.

Manchester-based Barings Law has slammed the outsourcing giant for its handling of the breach, which occurred in March 2023 and was claimed by the Black Basta ransomware group.

Barings Law Head of Data Breach, Adnan Malik, said this is the largest action against the outsourcing giant in the world which the firm filed in the High Court earlier this year.

“We’re expecting our application with the High Court to be presented next year due to several delays in the justice system,” Malik said.

“Despite it being about 18 months since the breach occurred, we have continued to receive sign ups daily and much interest, and I expect more to come in.“

Very true indeed. AT can be used systematically to run the trading day against a background of genuine [O] trades. Hedge funds make a mockery of the Fca rules and regulations for as long I've trading. Money talks.

Things can move down quickly. Lack of big news announcement will continue pushing Thg further down. Its going for the 50 next stop.

My expectations for tomorrow opening is that we will hit around 19.37p before profit takers brings cpi down towards 19.10p. We will then simmer throughout Friday trading day around 19.18 to 19.22p max
