Reading that about dairy produce has just reminded me of something I read many years ago. It was by a GP. I think she was in her sixties and had had cancer.
She told of how, at the start of her career she was a medical missionary in China and in the region where she worked, the doctors had never seen a single case of cancer. They knew of it only from the medical text books.
A region in China can have a population of over 100 million people, far bigger than the UK.
The only reason she could think of was that the people there ate no dairy produce, none at all. Their diet had altenatives for milk, butter and cheese, such as soya milk, tofu, bean curd and others.
I'm not giving medical advice, here, this is just out of interest.
She claims to have cured her own cancer by giving up dairy produce. I don't recall if that was the only thing she did or whether that was in combination with medical treatment from the NHS.
As I say, just chatting, not medical advice.
