They've authorised it, but they don't know if it works, they don't know if it causes cancer, they don't know if it is safe for pregnant women and they don't know if it affects fertility or reproduction in humans because that was only tested on rats - see their words below in the official Product Information sheet.

- "Reproductive and developmental toxicity study was conducted to evaluate the effect of SKYCovion on pregnant or lactating female Sprague-Dawley rats" - my understanding of this - only tested on rats, so they don't know if it is safe for pregnant women, they don't know if it affects fertility or reproduction in humans.
