I forgot to add - in the news, we have seen yet another example of Sunak going back on a pledge and an example of "tell them what they want to hear".

I just keep seeing things in the news that back up my opinions.

I have also been reading news items that prove Dr. P wrong in something he said. In talking about 15 minute cities, the ULEZ and such matters, he said people were getting what they voted for. Well there are not.

I have read several cases where councils are imposing schemes on people and the locals are objecting and saying that no one had ever told them that these things were coming along. Councils are springing things on people with no advance consultation, it is all being done in secret until the last minute.

I keep my eyes and ears open. The blinkered ones on here such as Dr. P, No.2 and give a gripe haven't a clue.

Regarding my opinion on Sunak's statement on the granting of new North Sea oil and gas exploration licences.

As you know, he said that HE was going to grant over a hundred new licences, so presumably they are in addition to the one hundred or more from the NSTA (just a bit of sarcasm to highlight the bluff nature of his statement, it is an example of "tell them what they want to hear").

No.2 said he "fully" expected licences to be granted in September - so not long to wait. Will be be right?

I'll tell what he was wrong about. He said that most scientists believe in man-made global warming. Well he is wrong -

But back to matters closer to DELT - the licences and my opinion that there is a chance that Sunak will backtrack and not grant them.

I said that he might back down in the face of public opposition. Greenpeace and the JSO mob said they would be having a big campaign, but so far I haven't seen any large protests.

They are leaving it a bit late. There is no point in protesting after the licences have been granted, but then there is the NSTA's public consultation. Will that give slippery Sunak the excuse to back out?

The global warming \ climate change issue is highly relevant to DELT. The Greenpeace and JSO mobs are harming the industry and their cause is based on lies. They are our enemy, and yet I get attacked for talking about them. Did you know that one of the co-founders of Greenpeace now opposes what they are doing?

We need to be concerned about what is happening in Africa. Gabon and Niger could be just the start. The Africans know that the West is losing its power and they are free to take control of anything and everything in their own countries.

For anyone new to this board - the reason why he hates is because I was right. When the sp was a lot higher, I told him it was going to drop. For a couple of years he used to debate matters but as time went on, I kept being proved right. roly DARVO couldn't stand that so then he stopped debating and he turned abusive - a sure sign of a bigot.

He inverted the truth and made false accusations against me, so that is why I call him DARVO - it is a tactic known to psychiatrists - Deny, Attack and Reverse Victim and Offender.

Anyone who isn't a head in the sand, blue pill taker nor a biased bigot will have seen the weekend news items that further back up my opinions. As I have said, things might turn out to prove me wrong in my opinions, but I keep seeing news items that back up my views and suggest that I might be right - and which prove the likes of Dr. P and No.2 to be definitely wrong.

I absorb information and analyse it. Their approach is "I don’t need any pesky new evidence which might shake my belief system to its foundations. I’m happy where I am, thank you very much".

As you know, I have previously said that I believe there is a chance that Sunak will backtrack on his pledge to grant new licences. I based that opinion on past examples of politicians doing just that - broken promises.

In today's news -

"Rishi Sunak today said child-killer Lucy Letby had committed 'one of the most despicable, horrific crimes in our history' as he bowed to pressure to toughen up the probe".

So, he bowed to pressure. Will he bow to pressure when the JSO and Greenpeace mobs step up their campaign and if the public consultation says the public don't want new gas exploration?

I told you of how Cameron used the same tactic.

As I have always said - I could be wrong, but I keep seeing things that back up my opinion.

DELT hopes to win new licences in the 33rd Round.

Yesterday, I saw this headline - "Rishi Sunak apologises after standards watchdog finds he broke rules over Akshata Murty's shares in a childminding company that benefitted from Budget changes"

I have expressed my doubts about this man's promise to grant new licences. So far, I have seen nothing to give me confidence that he will make good on his pledge. In fact, in the last week I have seen another news item about another broken promise of his. How many is that I've told you about?

For anyone new to this board, let explain why there are so many insulting and abusive posts made against me.

I hold shares in DELT and I want the share price to go up, but I am a realist not a dreamer.

When this was at 4p (pre-consolidation, so equivalent to 80p) I looked at the chart and predicted a drop to 3.2p. I got a lot of abuse for saying that. It dropped to 3.2p.

I looked again at the chart and to me it predicted a drop to 2.3p. I said so on here and again got a lot of abuse. It dropped to 2.3p.

Anyone can post the most outrageous drivel so long as it is about the sp going up (e.g. 486p) and they get cheers and praise, but post a realistic point of view on the sp going down and you get mockery, insults and someone twice posted death wishes against me and that is because they don't like hearing opinions that that shatter their dreams.

They want to hear what only what they want to hear and anyone who speaks otherwise must be savagely attacked..

Note - " Why not on companies who benefitted from covid? Why not on companies benefitting from making weapons etc etc.? " - oh, so Dr. P likes to go off topic, but when I broaden out the conversation he accuses me of posting misinformation.

I gave you the example of Ignaz Semmelweis - Dr. P would have accused hm of spreading misinformation.

Ultimately, misinformation is just a weaponised term meaning nothing. People who use it are often completely ignorant of science and truth.

FCS must have made a sensational discovery. The company should announce its amazing new invention.

I presume they have made a scientific discovery about the nature of gravity and that has allowed to invent an anti-gravity device.

I can think of no other reason for the sp holding up this long.

Why it's going down does not matter. What matters is - where the drop end?

I expect Dr. P thinks it's somewhere over the rainbow where the bluebirds are singing happily. Just a little metaphor for his endless putting a gloss on everything - even price falls.

See my posts - last week and on Monday I was selling. I expected this and I expect it to go a lot lower - unless they announce that they have pulled off the Pensacola deal, but I was happy to take the chance tat such a deal is a good way off and there is a chance to sell and get back in a lot cheaper to catch the deal

New oil and gas licences and psycho-analysis - making the link.

It appears that Dr. P and getagrip are experts at psycho-analysis. However what they have said on that subject was not relevant to DELT, but let me make it relevant to DELT.

I have several times commented on Sunak's pledge to grant new oil and gas licences. I expressed my doubts that it will happen, doubts based on the political climate (no pun intended) regarding the green lobby and other climate change issues and also on the many examples I gave of broken promises by politicians.

Perhaps they could apply their knowledge and analyse the motives of politicians.

I always posted in the spirit of debate and was open to opposing views. Sadly I didn't get reasoned debate, all I got was abuse, but I am a great seeker of knowledge, so if they would now use their skill at psycho-analysis to tell me where my thinking on that subject has gone wrong, I will take it on board.

Getagrip - you appear to know a lot about psycho-analysis (even though you apply it erroneously), so tell me, what is the term in psycho-analysis for someone who objects to other people having an opinion, who dislikes their posts and, rather than simply ignoring them, chooses to make insulting and abusive posts. Perhaps my "clueless" post today was unprovoked, but only today, it was actually provoked by the fact that you started your attacks on me at least a month ago, so I am justified in giving you some in return.

So, what is the term for someone who objects to others having an opinion - is it the same as in plain language, i.e - bigot?

No.2 attacks me saying that my posts are not relevant to DELT. Will he attack getagrip and Dr. P for posting their amateur attempts at psycho-analysis? No he won't - double standards. His attacks on me are to deflect attention away from the points I make - because he knows I am right. He can't argue with the facts so he uses sneaky tactics like that.

The results had no new information, nothing that we didn't know already.

The cash burn worries me. We have no way of knowing how close thy are to monetising Pensacola. That news will come out of the blue, but when?

The snag is, will it come before the market crash that looks very likely to be coming. It's not just Ed Dowd forecasting it. Several other highly qualified fund managers also see a stock market crash ahead and it could be long lasting.

I believe the DELT sp could be much lower before it gets higher - but take into account what I said about news out of the blue.
