For completeness I have realised that my Pythagoras theory is blown out of the water as the Hypotenuse (measured depth from whipstock @ 1300m) is NOT a straight line but is a gradually increasing curve away from the vertical - which as such may start at less than 10° but finish at near 90°.
Whilst I appreciate that I am probably talking to myself, I am happy to close the case.

YEs - I believe at1300m.

Assuming a right angled triangle - the TVD of 2261m and measured depth 2553m - using Pythagoras I calculate the angle of deviation at the whipstock at 40° !! - which I find hard to believe.

I accept we are where we are - NO doubt.

BUT then having seen the pipe lengths in the RIG and the screw assembly to each other I cannot see how rigid pipe lengths can be deviated by any serious angle (let alone 40°) without consequential pressure on the vertical section.

I need HELP.

Or is it part of NORMAL clean up procedure ?? - advice sought.

Flow rate number is probably the TOTAL from start - somebody keeping a flow rate spreadsheet surely can advise.

Looking at the GAS prices for July and AUG 22 I believe the £3.3M payment from the fund raising to Mercuria is the difference in price between actual gas price in July & August 22 and the forecast receivable during Q1 & Q2 - so that the deferred quantity still exists for 2023.

As has been said by a previous poster the 75% relates to total votes cast at the Meeting and not total shares in issue.
“The Resolution will be proposed as a special resolution and requires a majority in favour of at least 75% of those Shareholders attending and voting in person or by proxy at the General Meeting in order to be passed.”
If CA stick by their word then the result is a given.

The ANGs BOD has remained unified with NO resignations since the recent RNS - which to me suggests they are all satisfied with the Sidetrack venture - expectancy of success. 12mmscf (0.3400 mcm) on the cards come 2023.

Angus currently receive 0.5205pence/therm for first 1.75Mtherms then balance at market rate currently pushing £4.
