K - Todays asset value is what it is - and with NO distribution Feb 24 asset value will be different.

However distribution is planned as either a dividend or share buyback or a mix of both - with no change other than money in your pocket and/or a reduced share issue, leaving the original asset intact - which may have changed due to news/development.

K - a bag of apples is always a bag of apples.

TG2D. - the ASSET value (Market CAP) remains the same after share buyback but with fewer shares - so SP rises.

I LOVE it - we are ALL now industry experts thanks to BP and some WG.

TG2. - I don’t think the share capital gets halved - its the number of shares with the result that share price DOUBLES.

There is a vote on “share buyback” at the AGM.

I note that the RNS’s of 30thNov20, 25thJan21, and 29thMar21 make no mention of Mercuria, until the RNS of 13th May 21 when it also states “the terms of the loan remain unchanged” from RNS of 30th Nov20.

RNS of 30th NOV 20 states : “The indicative terms provide for a four year amortising loan facility of up to £12million” as you indicated.

I assume then that the accelerated repayment can be paused to assist in repayment of the Wonga loan.

The senior debt seems to being repaid at a faster rate than the 3 year period to July 2025.

I cannot find any information within issued RNS’s of agreed repayment period - maybe others can help.

It maybe that the accelerated rate of repayment can be paused, to allow accumulated revenue to meet the mid January deadline of the £6M Wonga debt.

Maybe why no rush on the Global refinancing - who knows from the silence.

NO comment on the reduced output recently - and NO comment on planned pipe work fitting.

2good - any “dividend’ may actually come as a share buy back - there is enough money available to BUY 50% of current share issue. IT may DOUBLE the share price !!!!
