What about the 8% - is that on gross sales or nett. Also is it just on the gas or does it include condensate.

Regarding the issue as to where all the revenue has gone - from 30th Sept 24 Annual accounts we have ;

Cost of Sales £7.334 M (which I assume is OPEX) and also Admin Expenses of £3.253M.

A grand total of £10.587M - from which I guess we might now be running at £1m per month.

M - I have checked production numbers on https://data.nationalgas.com/find-gas-data and my numbers vary against yours viz;

17th - 1482

18th - 1501

19th - 1498

20th - 1462

21st - 1352

22nd - 1215

23rd - 1336

M - I assume on the 20th there was no production - possibly meaning the completed rigging of the new compressor - however production then declined. Maybe time to fly in that expert . 23rd production was back to past level at 0.1333 however.

Circa 50,000 therms/day is the current hedge requirement - ie ~ 0.1400 mcm for which Angus currently receives 35.60pence/therm.

The balance/day- for which Mirasol has provide the figures - is sold at market rates.

Sorry - I will gate it right NOW - 0.1400mcm/day.

Read that as 0.01400mcm/day

MAl - the SP is mainly based on the cash that NANO holds - NOT any future progress.

TG2D - RNS :

Any good news from NANO during the tender offer period would totally scupper that offer.

I assume the best course of action is to take the 38.5% under the tender offer and then reinvest in double the number of shares when they sink to around 10pence afterwards.

Otherwise your holding will just halve in value if you do nothing.
