Drinky - you may well be right - I hope delay is for the reasons you say. Maybe I am impatient for real action that effects PIs.

On restructuring on the 19th March 2026 Angus said - “binding documentation phase, with the Company aiming to finalise and execute the necessary detailed agreements over the coming weeks.”

It is now the 19th May = 2months.(9 weeks)

It amazes me that Forum (aka Paul Forrest) and Atanas Djumaliev (aka Aleph) are not banging the drum to re-enlist. I do not understand their acquiescence.

Why are the major shareholders so happy with suspension ?? - which voting at AGM signifies.

Amazingly brilliant - the numbers the Angus team are achieving is tremendous - this is NO 9 to 5 job - this is 24/7 FULL ON and when not at the tiller then for sure they are in telephone contact when necessary.

These guys must be living and breathing for Angus - and as a side issue for PIs !!.

They should be handsomely paid with a guaranteed bonus - unfortunately this will also benefit HMRC to an unseemly degree.

All supporting staff should be include in any distribution. Maybe a resolution at the AGM needed.

With current production running at 2M therms a month at £1.50/therm and condensate sales at 250K/month plus oil sales at 75K/month we have total income/revenue of circa £3M+.

-ADEQUATE I would estimate with enough left over for an eventual DIVIDEND !!! - or maybe share buyback.

The 2024 annual report shows total revenue at £22M with EBITA at £11M indicating OPEX running at £11M/annum - ie £920K/month. So possibly 2026 OPEX £1M/month

Personally, with a recognizable income stream in the future that should cover debts and royalties I can see no reason for dilution. However what do I know.

Ocelot - maybe some good news as well at 31st - as they also say there will be a release of "preliminary results" !!!

Ocelot - it was just as you previously advised the AGM date on the Angus website does specify March2026.

Ocelot - is that the same annual report where they announce the AGM, which happens to be on the same day !!

Huge congratulations are due to the Engineering crew responsible for maintaining the 2M therms production rate at Saltfleetby - it must have been achieved through immense effort.

It must qualify for at least an 100% bonus to all involved. Well done and well deserved.

My post re relisting was basically to indicate that it is immaterial whether the shares are currently"suspended" or no longer listed.

Nevertheless I appreciate your homework.

What’s the hold up.

Any debt restructuring must now be over the next 4years - from current production rates and gas price Angus should be able to contribute near £10M/annum towards this debt.

This should make any debt reconfiguration with Trafigura quick and simple.
