I have received Proxy ballot to vote 6 resolutions as below for my shares held in interactive investor. Any idea what to vote for? I don't know much about the BOD. Should we keep them?
1 ACCEPT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND STATUTORY REPORTS.
2 RE-ELECT DEREK LEW AS DIRECTOR
3 RE-ELECT SEAN KING AS DIRECTOR
4 REAPPOINT ADLER SHINE LLP AS AUDITORS AND AUTHORISE THEIR REMUNERATION
5 AUTHORISE ISSUE OF EQUITY
6 AUTHORISE ISSUE OF EQUITY WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS
Jonathan says "There are four resolutions: the first two of which relate to the warrants. If you want to defeat them you should vote against Resolutions 1 & 2. If you don't want the board to have any power to issue further shares prior to the next AGM you should vote against Resolutions 3 & 4"
I would against all 4!!
magmanus_49: Are you on stocktwits? If so what's your username?
Unfortunately voting via IG is not simple as ii. This is what IG says; in short we have to fill a form 7 days before the AGM.
"Do you offer proxy voting?
When you invest in stock via your share dealing account, we’ll hold the shares on your behalf in our nominee account. This means we can vote by proxy on your behalf.
If you’d like to vote by proxy, you’ll need to send us a signed proxy form available from the relevant company’s website. We’ll also need:
Your IG account number and full name
The date and location of the company AGM
Your shareholdings over the ex-date
Your voting intentions for each of the relevant articles published in the notice of the company AGM
Please post the proxy form and relevant information to:
Corporate Actions Department
IG Markets Limited
Cannon Bridge House
25 Dowgate Hill
London
EC4R 2YA
IG will need to have this information seven working days prior to the deadline date for voting at the AGM, otherwise we will unfortunately be unable to facilitate your request. You’ll be able to find further details about proxy voting in the investor relations section of your chosen company’s website."
Honestopinion: RMS is not only about P2F. I know lots of you got to know RMS because of P2F masks, I'm sure masks will be huge but RMS has other products too. What they have forecasted for future and how huge they are, only them know about it. I guess it has a big value too. I'm surprised why Gareth didn't ask for a board member on behalf of himself at RMS BOD when he sold P2F to RMS and became a share holder of RMS. I believe TB still have a say in this because he's the one who did the match making for all of this. I'm sure all for his benefit though as he's the one already made millions out of this. I never expected TB to leave because of the above but I'm glad he's stepped down at least a bit. So for me what Dr. Gareth and P2F and us have achieved within such short period, it's a win for sure. Let's hope Alex and Gareth are clever not to fall for TB's future tricks.
I did vote in previous RMS AG meeting online as i have already subscribed to voting. Here is how to subscribe to vote via ii.
Go to account tab, select 'personal details & preferences'.
Go to ‘Your Preferences’ at the bottom, click ‘Update your Preferences’. Under ‘Voting & Information’ tick the box ‘I would like to subscribe to the voting & Information Service’, & hit save. This way you get to vote for all of your share holdings. I hold RMS shares on IG platform too, need to find out how to subscribe to vote via IG.
Can Dr. Gareth be in the RMS BOD because of his job in uni?
ART123 - You are clearly in Trevor's payroll. You no longer have shares now so get lost.

Didn't he sell shares last week? The Company has been notified that Paul Ryan, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has exercised warrants representing 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at 0.5 pence per warrant ("Warrant Shares"). Paul Ryan has also sold 6,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This was on 10th November. hat this Ryan guy is doing?
No it's partial order being filled. Some times they can't get the amount of shares in one go specially for the limit order buys. Sometimes you see small number of shares being sold too that's because when they filled a market order, total price goes over the money available in that trading account, they have to sell some shares to keep it under the available balance.
Who is Weathergeek and who cares? I have 29.78M shares and I haven't sold a single share. And I'm not planning to sell for the next 3 years. Either I will go up or down with SYME but I'm here to stay for 3 years at least. Buy a share because you believe in not because others are buying. Unless you are a day trader without a plan.
Each end of trading day ii current price goes to previous day's closing SP. During the trading hours, it has 15 minutes delayed SP too. IG is better than ii but for SIPP ii is so much cheaper than IG so I'm staying with ii. If it's only an ISA or normal trading account, better move to IG.
