Nothing will change. A very client focused business and its still regulated by the FCA and UK policies.

I dont think it will change if it got bought out, HL's values are client focused. They will always put the client first, and won't let anyone bulldoze what they have built.

Yep, a lot of dge drinks are purchased in supermarkets for home consumption. I have 4 bottles of spirits in the kitchen which are not mine (the other half’s) and 3 of them were dge… pubs are additional and I don’t feel have much impact at all tbh

Just bought some dge shares, they are doing a lot of buybacks and kinda fell train have added more. Looks a good entry point currently

If you ask anyone in public to name an insurance company, they will always say Legal & General or Aviva. Sticking with LGEN, not many ppl hear of PHNX unless your into stocks.

Bought at 75.15 and its struggling to hold - thought this news would make it fly up a lot more tbh. Vod/Three merger will make it the biggest vendor in the UK.

Agreed - the broker rating drop is the reason right now, but I don't believe any of it. BATS has a pretty strong vape brand in VUSE and many others, and I have now been holding BATS shares for 6 years - i've paid higher prices it is now, but I sit at them and take the reward. Buy and sit on them, and top them up if its lower.

Yeah i would rather see more UK companies paying dividends quarterly, such as 4 times a year like BATS & GSK. That way more people will continue to hold the stock for the long term. Not just buying, then selling after the ex div date.

Vaping now makes up a decent share of their profit - they will continue to switch and push vape over cigerettes going forward - they have the power and money to push or buy out existing vape brands if need too. Can't see BATS going anywhere.

Don't forget looking at what Carnival shares used to be - They did dilute the shares in July just gone so not sure where this bull run will stop.
