and you Phoebus, will see how things settle
Phoebus see my posting history, dilution has been on my mind since 31 May, I don't know what to expect going forwards now - like anyone else I guess
bad form to reply to my own post, but just thinking the flip side, if CERP financials aren't that strong then this would add more financial burden to BPC
This could be an opportunistic deal from a BPC point of view...from the CERP RNS " Importantly, BPC brings a strengthened balance sheet to the combined group" I've not dug into any financials but to me that reads as though CERP financials may not be that strong (even with working wells)..Happy to be corrected
I think thats when my shares were consolidated - I originally held LGO.
I'm not sure about this...bought into CERP a long time ago and to eventually see shares consolidated..my average cost per share went from being pennies to 143.56p.
Unsurprisingly I've been nowhere near making that back and even with todays announcement they only sit at 2.8p a share. I've only kept them because it would cost me money to sell them.
Hi IK,
I was just looking to understand how the convertible loan works
I've held in here since 2009 (and topped up recently), and have been lost out on a number of other shares that I bought back then- I've previously bought and still have ntog, ast bou, and GCM (only because it would cost me more to sell them than I'd get from doing so!)
There is certainly money to be made here, and BPC is in a different league to those I mention above, like I said i'm looking to add more

I'm a long term holder happy that things have finally got moving and looking to increase my holding.
Its reassuring the company would look to minimise any dilution of shares going forwards (as mentioned in rns) but re the convertible loan that's mentioned I assume if that's taken up new shares would be issued and dilution would occur which would reduce share price - or has this already been factored into current price?
Given the funding options mentioned I'm unsure of the likelihood of share dilution going forwards and would be interested to hear people's views on this
Genuinely curious and looking to learn/understand
Thanks

Hi Pete1978, Please do you have a link to anywhere I could listen/watch what you mention re potter and the rig comment?
TIA
I must've missed these the first time round, but the resolutions can be found at http://www.gcmplc.com/sites/default/files/inline-files/agm-2019-20-proxy-form.pdf if anyone else finds it useful
thanks manudave..about GCM
I've not checked my portal as they said they weren't available to view electronically, but i'll check. I've just read this on the RNS from feb 28th "Please note that any previous form of proxy that you have submitted in respect of the Annual General Meeting, which was adjourned on 18 December 2019, WILL be valid in connection with the 2019 Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 March 2020" so it'll be related to whatever the last resolutions mentioned before 18th Dec
I've just received a call from lloyds advising they wanted to know my wishes re some resolutions that are time sensitive. I asked if the resolutions were available online to view anywhere and they said that they were just doing them over the phone. Does anyone know what they may be or know where I can view them online?
Cheers

prospero17 I remember Angel Biotech!, I bought my first ever shares in both Rene and ABH at the same time, a long time ago now. I've always had faith in Rene and believed in its products.
Its a shame ABH went, I wonder if there's any similar companies Rene might be looking at using to package and distribute what they have now on a large scale?
