Not sure if this has already been posted, but could be related to this

Ok, just thinking out loud really.
I'd not had time to look through rnss earlier but the Oct one mentions "Based upon the proceeds from this Placing in combination with the Company's existing cash balance and the amount available from the existing Conditional Convertible Notes, and assuming no change to the anticipated cost of Perseverance #1, the Company now does not expect to have to draw further on the previously announced £16 million zero-coupon, second ranking convertible bond facility" and the £16m is from institutional family-office investor based in the Bahamas.
It wouldn't make sense if that was behind any action though as it looks like some of the funds made available were for immediate use so they have a stake in the outcome even if no more of their funding is required

Something that crossed my mind, I remember reading that part of our funding was to come from some Bahamians, has this funding been replaced by other funding on better terms? Could this be motivation behind the injunction?
Its been mentioned in previous rns that it was an explatory well...here's an excerpt from the September rns...
"BPC has an obligation to drill an initial exploration well prior to the conclusion of the current exploration period of its four commercially conjoined licences in the southern territorial waters of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas."

Excellent and informative RNS, they've been busy! Great to read about progress and what's next
This confused me to Jim..I find it really odd that we were within weeks of drilling yet there'd been no mention of a rig signing - which would've pushed sp up back then - compare that to the recent announcement naming the rig that will be used in just under 3 months time
I don't have a twitter account myself, but I did I'd be tempted to ask him what he would expect BOO to do in addition to what they've said there going to. I'd also ask if he plans to investigate the fashion sector as the issues must be more widespread - or does his extremely heavy negative bias towards boo not allow that

Freetrade users, in their execution policy it states that they can group trades together,so the price quoted may not be what you end up paying - is there anyway you can force an immediate trade with certainty it will be completed immediately?

Thanks for your replies, I found them useful
I'm still mulling it over but I'm eaning towards freetrade at the moment as it can be setup quite quickly.
It's a shame they don't list some of the other aim stocks I hold but it would meet my immediate needs - and when we get the results we're expecting from EUA then I'll likely end up opening a sipp anyway.
Looking forward to seeing what this week holds!
Cheers

I'm thinking of buying more eua but this time want to hold them in an isa..are there are any providers that are held in high regard or that should be avoided?
I Intend to do my own research but welcome your feedback
