Greypoint Internatiomal who were helping get equipment on to site by the end of 2024 - successfully as per the 2024 annual report - are not the same company with the same leadership as Sam and his team. It was Greypoint International who facilitated "quick start" according to recent RNS'.

Some equipment was in customs as per 31/03/24 whether that involved the six months spare which was due to arrive in late january or whether it involves more equipment, we might get an update in future, perhaps there will be less in customs then, perhaps not.

06/11/24 RNS detailed the equipment had been paid for and stated further supplies and six months spares were intended to arrive mid to late january 2025 - perhaps it is some of that which is in customs now? Some equipment is cuurenly in customs but whichever it is - equipment did get on to site to fulfill activity requirements for the license as implied in the Charman'statement
