Re. 23::11: Previous profitable years for the company (if I remember correctly) are 2010, 2011, 2013, 2018 and 2020 according to the annual reports, I think they hope to be able to refer to profits in future annual reports.

Re. 23:55: On 02/05/25 some debt was settled as explained in the RNS. Some debts have been settled at various times, pehaps others will BE too. The annual reports have in recent times detailed current and non-current liabilities, they have also detailed assets.

Roach is still at Prem until 31/08/25, in his current postion through the transitional period after first announcing he was looking to depart in july 2023, it seems he and the Chairman think now is the right time, positive considerations are detailed in today's RNS, it is an honourable and well respected departure with options retained.

13:22 ... the exggarated regard for 13:14 post - 28/03/25 is well contrasted by the half-year report of 28/03/24 which detailed that lithium was in storage - in Beira and Harare, the 11/12/23 RNS detailed that the costs of the export of 200 tonnes had been fully paid for, the 15/11/23 RNS said the first truck had left Harare for the Mozambique port of Beira. The 13/12/24 annual report was consistent with adaptaion of lithium plans previously detailed and consistent with the previous RNS' I referred to.

Re. 09:20: "suggested it was him" - in the video, he didn't say the idea was from him, he said it was from "we...". Sometimes with ideas, other people can have similar ideas, then occasionally, if it is within a similar time frame, it might be an interesting near coincidence - Leibniz and Newton - as some believe. Chronologcally one or "we" might have an idea before other(s), but those who absorb the idea and perhaps utilise the idea might remember the origin differently to the chronlogy of an idea, even if the chronology of the communication of the same idea is remembered correctly.

Re. 10:16: That article was not literally about RRR, the writer was clearly responded to by Bell and Winnifrith in the comments section - they're consisten to each other's comments and were in agreement - the article is the writer's own publication, he confirmed it was not literally about RRR.

Re.12:12: noting that "lifeless" from the articlrle (09:49) might have been paraphrasing and / and or interpretation of previous comment / quip.

Re. 09:49: That article didn't mention war and oil prive suges in the 1970s, the high inflation and then stagflation or Volcker and high intest rates - reactive policy or that the guy who said it was lifeless, bought shares in one of the major gold and silver mining companies in recent years.

Re. 21:39: Since listing in 2005, RRR have communicated annual reports via RNS, a read through of all of the annual reports would reveal that targets have sometimes been met and there has been five profitable years - consisting of a range between thousands of pounds and millions.

Re. 22:09: 0.041 was not a premium relevant to 29/01/25 RNS. The issued shares as per 29/04/25 RNS were given a numerical value regarding the number of shares issued at 0.041.

It was updated by RNS, it was not updated on X but there have been other RNS' on separate matters that have not been updated on X.
