No he didn't say that because he doesn't know the future. The half-year report of 31/03/25 and the business update and finacial review of 21/07/25 explain that the lenders have been highly supportive. From both those RNS - it can be interpreted that convertible loan extensions might not be the only way to have liquidity e.g. selling an asset might also bring liquidity to RRR. From those two RNS there doesn't seem to be any rush for a lot of CLNS to be converted in to shares at this low price or a simillarly low share price.

Outside of one's own holding, the shares available decreases, the share price increases with inverse proportion to that decrease of shares, the market cap remains the same - all with sole relevance to the stock consolidation as it occurrs.

Perhaps this is part of the amusement you exprsessed (fun) to Banbury earlier. Amount of ahares would have changed, value of holding - pounds - would have been the same - presuming it presented as such before 08:00 on 22/12/15 if it required the start of the tradimg for it register as long as most other things being approximately similar - value of holding would have been similar. I've had other stock consolidate, I haven't checked as the market opens but have seen enough to know how the principle works and to know RRR holders from that time would know how the principle works.

20:20 / 10 - not that well put, was presuming such a conceptual shareholder to be mentally well enough to admister, make decisions for their shares regardless of physical health but with regard to life itself.

Within the above timeframe, if someone had bought 1 million RRR shares - stayed fit and well and just let them sit - they would still have 1 million RRR shares now by way of accurate contrast to 14:48 and... 20:10. : )

Further your statenent (14:48) that "anyone holding 1 million shares in 2015 would only have 25,000 shares now" is false Banbury. If someone had bought 1 million RRR shares on 22/12/15 or any other trading day before the last trading day of 2015 was over and they had not added or subtracted and stayed in good health and just let them sit - they would still have 1 milion RRR shares now.

14:16 - blueboy'75 - the 25:1 consolidation did not falsely raise the share price relevant to the ten year chart which goes back further than 21/12/15 and takes into account the share price sdjustment thus giving an accurate and proportionate representation in graph form. I have checked other shares with consolidations well within the last five years - again the share price charts represented in graph form are adjusted for the consolidations - going back further than the consolidation days and so true proportionate histories of share price performance are represented and there are no misleading, incongruous spikes on the graphs because of consolidations.

14:48 - Banbury, the consolidation made no immediate difference to the market cap nor the value of one's holding - a reduced number of shares balanced by an increased value per individual share equivalent to the same value of individual holding as it was pre-consolidation.

Approximately five years ago (not seven) various events since then.
