On 31/07/25 RRR on X tweeted confrmations of production sharing agreements regardimg on shore exploration - Cote d'Ivoire - think it was regarding three licences - previously relevant to Cairn and Tullow Oil - reputable companies - relinquishing of licences, companies reprioritising doesn't mean they are are not prospective. Potentially the agreement referred to was strengthening Elephant Oil's overall assets.

That broker note from 19/01/23 - the spot gold prce was just over 1,900 USD per troy ounce that day, spot gold price has recently been around 3,750 USD per troy ounce - pre-market capitalisation was considered in the note to be £15,000,000 for entirety of New Ballarat Gold Corporation, much more recently the spot gold price has been nearly double what it was when that note was published.

Regarding Mt. Ida - I am aware of Bell previously saying - perhaps it was just in interview although may have been in writing somewhere - the royalty if it becsme active could be of significant value compared to the current (back then) market cap of RRR - slight, deliberate paraphrasing by me i.e. can't remember whether it was about assumed equivalent or assumed higher compared to the RRR market cap - and it was a likely higher market cap at the time, compared to now re. potential royalty value - Mt. Ida.

That post - part of a conversation was before I knew about RRR so up to Helpful if he wants to respond, give any further context. I will say, it was quite a nice conclusion to the conversation.

I checked back to make sure i had remebered well enough to have made fair comment but realised I had typed 2025 instead of 2024 and so of course tose comments subsequently referred to specifically were with regard to scepticism regarding ability to publish 2024 annual report - which was actually comfortably before year end - middle of the month.

14:25: Confirming those figures were with regard to 30/06/24, from the annual report of 13/12/24. Failure to get that annual report out in time and therefore suspension of RRR was suggested by Banbury, proposed delisting of a separate company was also provided by link in one of his posts prior to the most recent RRR report, as an example of what could happen to a publicy listed company whist being being negative to RRR - with expression of 'IMO" - think it w cas headed as Suspension and Convertoble Loam Notes - relevant comtent was posted on 22/10/24.

Re. 13:49: Consolidated Statement of Financial Position as at 30/06/25 from 13/12/25 annual report... combining the total of current and non-current liabilities equals a total of £6,631,000, total equity was the larger figure of £12,667,000.

The above details were from the annual report of 2025 which Banbury had suggested wouldn't be submitted in time as well as opining that there would be a de-listing.

Re. 21:32; But in relation to 15:42: Helpful is not a 10% plus holder in Lac Minerals Limited, RRR are 100% holders so Helpful doesn't have any shares in Lac Minerals Limited, own less than 10% of RRR and is not a declared significant minority shareholder of RRR, nor employed by RRR - bit of an assumption that he would have access to data room information / discussions re. data room information with potentially interested party / parties with relevance to RRR gold assets in Cote d'Ivoire.

Some people who have owned junior oil and gas stocks as the companies initiate talks with other companies even before potenial farm out process is initiated will be aware of "data rooms" and have an understanding there will have been discussions which they will not have been participating in and thus some information they were not privy to during such disussions and tbose that follow leading up to potential farm out and as that process is initiated and so forth - different variation of the same concept re. 15:42.

The Darlot West Gold Project is 10km south west from the Darlot Gold mine which has produced 2.8 million ounces of gold, thus far.

This year CDLsold their energy investment of which they had royalty exposure to help facilitate the acquistion of the Darlot West gold project - an open surface gold asset which although already has some known interesting grades is still in the discovery phase for which lab results are awaited within the next few weeks.

Cloudbreak Discovery have now got an option on the Patterson Project - which is asset believed to consist of gold / copper / molybdenum.

CDL have been kown to have gold and copper interests in the past (not sure all that has been retained in recent years after re-focusing) but this is the first time I am aware of them having working in research phase on open surface gold, Greenstone Belt in Tier 1 country re. Darlot West, Patterson Project could also be very interesting, I like the way Cloubreak Discovery have concentranted their focus, Darlot West is 10km from producing gold mine - Darlot Gold which has significant gold resource.
