01:30... Extension of convertilble loan notes re. 26/01/25 did not look like new loans that day, seemed more like modification.

I looked back through the whole of 2025 and while there was extension of convertile loam notes as detailed 29/01/25 with some accrued interest, it was not of an amount that would take overall liabilties to £10,000,000, nor make a substantve difference to the details erlier referred to from the 31/03/25 half-year report, with regard to the status re. Consoloditated statement of financial position as at 31/12/24.

Re. 15:55: consolidated statement of financial position as at 31/12/24 from the half year report of 31/03/25 - total liabilities was equal to £7,556,000, total equity was £11,849,000. The derived figure I got for debt to equity from those details was 0.637...

There were no subsequent announcements after the most recent half-year report with regard to RRR taking on any more debt thus far.

We relinquished all interests in the UK and thus potential for such permits - 07th May 2024 RNS. Our Philippines venture is on a bigger scale than Dunrobin was. More regionally focused now and I think that suits, wasn't surprised by additional share issue to retail investors - good compromise - funds raised but shareholders could potentially maintain there percentages through that process and very good backing by Sunda leadership in the main part of the recent fund raise, helps with the pulse.

Correction... that would be a combined total of £7,554,000 liabilities Total Equity was £11,849,000 with regard to 31,12,24 from half-year report of 31/03/25.

Consolidated statement of financial position as at 31/12/24 via RRR half-year report of 31/03/25 - £6,495,000 - current liabilities, £1,061,000 - non-current liabilities: that would be a combined total of £6,594,000. Total equity was £11,849,000.

No 10p prediction or any other share price prediction - wasn't prepared to answer a question as to share price by the end of 2021 but was prepared to give an estimate of NAV's with positive sentiment.

The second sentence at 15:28 today, was wrong for the above reasons.

17:34... it actually proves why Banbury was wrong at 15:28 today, for the same reasons detailed, no 10p or share price prediction, an estimate of NAV's at the time, in 2021, with a bit of positive sentiment.

17:26 - 01/07/21 post on this thread by Helpful in response to Robins' post at 17:01 proves why Banbury is wrong at 16:28 today. There was no prediction of 10p nor any specific share price prediction and there was no anwer to a share price prediction question. An estimate of NAV's were given with a concluding positive opinion.

Some events in the future will always be unknown when a person posts in the present - contributing to a future past.
