20:27, it was obviously banter, rhetotic and a bit of a joke - three RNS in a day - could be wrong but I remember that post as from december 2024 ahead of hogmanay, whichever side of that it, it was banter and a bit of intended wind up of some naysayers which was good natured.

Some companies have done two RNS at 07:00am, including RRR - I reckon, three in a day - a bit possible - three in a week for a company - happens sometimes, three in two days - easy for the nomad! - maybe, best case scenario - I chucked on a day, in my opinion.

More seriously - some people form opinions relevant to RNS' and broadcats - or test, adapt opinions relevant to such, some might also regard the news - in a similar vein.

Re. 13:20 Nothing in the half-year report 31/03/25 nor annual report 13/12/24 to support your claim of company debt £10-12 millon with regard to RRR, Banbury. 31/03/25 half- year report - consolidated statement of financial posision as at 31/12/24 - total liabilities £7,556,000, total equity £11,849,000.

No evidence of millions more debt since then, evidence of debt to POW being paid down and £1,000,000 received to RRR in respect of selling El Limon asset, within very recent months.

29/01/25 RNS in respect of CLN extension re. figure of £562,840 CLN's that was four months extension backdated to november 2024, four months of inteterest was going to be paid via an issue of shares, early the following month and that RNS topic had followed previous extension in 2024, then there was 31/03/25 half-year report: Chairman's statement referred to being in discussion regarding extension of CLNs with supportive lenders (paraphrasing).

13:20: 3 - 0.5% a day with regard to a loan of 50k and with regard to a loan of 150k a day as per annual report of 13/12/24 - that daily percentage was not representative of all loan amount interest rates.

Re. 17:38, that is a bit if a twist from you Theeeduke, given that when it was 0.8p the particular post you are referring to was when Helpful responded to Robins who asked him a question about share price by the end of that year, he preferred to focus on estimated net asset values rather than overall share price and did say he had no idea what that would be at the same time as expressing positive sentiment.

Re. 14:15: a nervous breakdown is a crisis but not a mental health condition, though could be a temporary breakdown in mental and physical health. The post that was removed, for whatever reason, was responding to 09:51 yesterday - a conceptually and deliberately false post.

My instinct is, it was a logical response but not meant literally. It is a fact that some delusions - believing in something that is not real, though not ideal, are not immediately risking or actually damaging someone's health nor even potentially but some delusions (not the only type of cause) could lead to a nervous breakdown or be an effect of such. Choice of words and distinctions between words might be important sometimes (e.g. delusional could have been been selected instead of ill) perhaps some strictness in the use of the english language rather than a more liberal application sometimes.

The above said, I think Helpful's response, to Aimdogs today, on a different thread was a fair balance of fact and creative wit via a liberal use of language.

I might have chosen habit instead of disease but there is a strength to the flexibilty of the english language and the subtle or blunt variations which can escape predictability. For balance: spontaneoeus is not always better than solid / consistent but are real aspects of the greater variety which as posters and readers we all experience.

Ok, can't remember all names of assets but generally aware of Kenya gold etc assset - Macalder tailings at Migori, wasn't aware of the copper, silver as well - good.

Some decent grade of copper in the 15/02/22 RNS re. Luanshimba - that was difficult to find on a quick search earlier... Luanshimba was detailed in the half year report of 31/03/25 - no recent expenses spent on it, I regarded it as a latent asset.

I couldn't find Kimono in quick search of 31/03/25 half-year report - wondered if it had anything to do with Kilvere - I expect a thorough update on assets in the 2025 annual report and appreciate - and potential half-year report and annual report in 2026 could give further update regarding assets.

Helpful, can't remember or or wasn't aware of Macalder, am aware of Luanshimba but couldn't find relevant RNS inclusive of copper, feel free to post details if they are on website if you have a few minutes, probably haven't searched back long enough, other things to do now. Cheers

13:43 - utter lie by you Banbury. I first bought RRR- probably before even reading the share chat - latter december 2021 - exited quite early in 2022 , in another wrapper I took a position in summer of 2022 and hava always maintained a position in that one. First tranches and exit, original wrapper - just small tranches - not sure I beat the comission but it was sold at a slghtly higher average price - I regard that as a break even. 2023 - I did buy back in - the more flexible wrapper but exited before first export of lithium was announced - average price compared to two buys - tangible return, beat the comission. Bough back in in tranches 2024 following on from. 13/03/24, briefly exited for five days inclusive of weekend bought back in autumn of 2024 not sold since and heavily averged down in in the second wrapper based on my reading of progress and news.

A long explanation but have told you enough times you are wrong and have told you more recently to not lie pertaining to myself - it is clearly a lie - I know it for a fact - if you are not delusuonal, you know you have repeatedly lied on that, I have corrected you on this before you have claimed you were filtering - so that "slither" does not excuse.

One can listen / read and disagree - or agree, I have never sold or bought on the basis of what anyone in this share chat has posted nor in response to any share chat posts. I know what you mean though Helpful and appreciate your sentiment earlier in the post.
