I agree Share, however with the rising prospect of increased earnings and free cash flow the raising of debt and capital is a lot less likely as retained earnings can fund future expansions. Long term better leverage without debt, earnings without debt expense and value for long term holders not being liquidated.

Not sure how the market works out Mcap but this price is ridiculous, hoping i can snap more up at the end of the month sub 15p.... Might make up for me trying to hedge Russian invasion before the attack in a gold/silver miner called POLY, only to not research the mines were is russia. Looking at the results and adding both Vanchem & Vametco production * cost per kg averaged and then minusing it from the actual sales * average price which is around $33/Kgv. I am getting sales of 109362 - 93694 = 15667.2 operating profit. I know theres tax, depreciation, interests, amortisation and one of impacts needed to be deducted but thats over 15% operating profit on a growth stock thats undergoing significant production ramp up. what did the market not like or am i incorrectly calculating this.

It is positive news but it is YE results date for them around this time why wasnt this a memo or paragraph on that published. last year 27/01/2021 was the last one. This could mean they are delaying results which could be a multiple of reasons why, this could be wrong but the major risk still remains on generating free cashflow to fund the business. The risk still remains and this new tech and research is a capital intensive thing. So everyone is aware i am not holding at current but am waiting on the year end results to reenter possibly, my preference is the share price increasing on good financial news

In the same boat as you Knut. V price up again in Europe yesterday closing the pricing gap on China so could even put pressure on their V pricing ahead of the infrastructure project, however bushveld remains flat with me having no funds to snap up more.

I use Hargreaves and they too have taken 12 hours for funds to be received - sometimes before they allocate funds they can give you available amounts to invest ahead of time for some reason unknown to me. is there two balances?

Trying to liquidate my holding ahead of im guessing the results at the end of January if i can only find the demand for the shares, have a sell order in now. Wishing all current holders well and I will be watching on the side lines, maybe they will communicate the position of the company better in the results.

Looks like theres come large holders of this share, Hargreaves owns 20% stock so some encouraging signs not sure how long they have held this for but clearly some asset managers are noticing the undervalue and upside too. This was taken from the Bushveld site link below

Vanaduim cost of the business is 24-27$/KG in the last trade update and they are averaging 35$/kg also on sales. As long as they just meet production I cant see how the shares wont reprice, either that or im buying another tranche.

The cost per kilo of production they report, does this absorb the business costs to this figure or is it just cost of sales? Looking at the Q3 report and i cant seem to find it -apologies if its obvious.

I find it weird that both on google and on media outlets when searching for PFC news you are hit with the "capital raise potentially sort after from a $209M fine at Petrofac" without sounding conspiratorial especially as the story came out sunday night almost like some of the big hedgies shorting could of leaned on this to close out cheaper... found the $95M article but it still took some searching...

I think in large part as someone mentioned to me on this board last week, energy uncertainty in China and weakening of Vanadium pricing is putting downward pressure on the shares. I was slightly worried but see it more as a buying opportunity at these prices, long term vanadium is still the play in my eyes

Thank you both, that sounds like hitting the nail to me. encouragingly short term then, Evergrande though could cause some serious knock on effects a company that size. Hopefully they navigate out of this situation.

Results are fine, and nothing to worry about in my eyes apart from the strengthening of rand moving cost up circa 7.7m vanaduim margins should negate that anyway. Vanaduim pricing has been cooling abit over the last month, does anyone of any information or rationale for this.. i know the likes of iron ore ect have been decreasing too.

The results are solid and a bit disappointing the SP isn't reflecting them. maybe there is still too much uncertainty around the share with Williamson AFS, still loss making excluding refinancing of bond and the fact the share offers no yield currently with none in sight. Large parts of the market are undervalued so I don't think it is likely to draw investors until some of those hurdles are overcome. Looking that way for 2022 though! I had written this off so the fact im looking at the possibility of turning a profit, i am more than happy to wait.

You could be right Happy, I have seen plenty of high quality assets being sold off at distressed price levels and current shareholders sold down the river. The product is what enticed me originally and I am currently in the green so it would be nice to think there was a buyers buffer, hoping for them to clear this without anything like a sale though. Any ideas on the jump this AM?

Yes the results are positive both on the 2nd gen delivery and some tangible sales leads but, and its a very big but, as snip mentions if the next 6months does not materialize decent sales revenue growth the company could very well liquidate. I have only 1k in here which im very well prepared to lose this due to the significant upside potential should this hurdle be overcome, we aren't out of the water yet though unfortunately

You raise good points Snip and Roger. it is mostly a speculative buy and i didn't put much in this at all, as you have pointed out we know very little on company fundamentals. The technology is very good as its on the graphene and they expect above 25% efficiency which normal high end Silicon Panels are (the ones in the resi scaleable markets) theres higher but these use advanced materials which are very expensive and the cost per watt makes them a bad option for conventional use. Apart from these Graphene panels being lighter and use more diverse they are much easier to install and usual panels up to 40% of the cost is installation. The only issue is they haven't really given numbers on this and production costs of the graphene, so again speculative and I would not being putting large amounts of cash in this anytime soon. I am not an expert and this is solely what I have researched on my own so am happy to be told im wrong, as I very well could be.
