Hi Tom, your guess is as good as mine mate regarding what the share price will do on the run up to ex-dividend. I�m also hoping to top up at around140p. Hoping that 140p is the bottom. Famous last words.

Hi Tom, considering ITV ADR�s were down 2.3 percent yesterday in the US, we are holding up better than I expected.

Woodford wrote recently: The fund manager is also a backer of ITV, having opened a position in the broadcaster in October. His team wrote at the time that ITV's valuation was looking increasingly attractive as the market has focused too much on the perceived structural threat posed by digital media and new entrants. That was before new boss Carolyn McCall pulled the plug on ITV's five-year record of paying a special dividend. Among her reasons for doing this, McCall pointed to the return of a "more normal" ordinary dividend after the total 2017 pay-out increased 8% to 7.8p. The dividend yield, which today stood at 5.5%, has been supported by strong cash flows over the years but there are persistent concerns about the impact of the changing media landscape. Shares are down 33% in the tax year.

Our new CEO Carolyn McCall is well respected, and has a proven track record; I have every confidence in her. Some on here are too short sited. The share price will recover given time. I�m happy to hold and wait for the recovery.

We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful. Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.

Hi Tom, I'm sorry to hear that you may be about to throw in the towel, you must do what you think is right for you. I intend adding rather than selling, I�m here for the long haul, willing to give our new well respected CEO Carolyn McCall time at least a year or two, I believe that she will get it right, she hasn�t come to ITV to fail. Following its debut in 1998 it ran for nearly 16 years and 592 episodes and was a broadcasting phenomenon which changed the fortunes of ITV.

�Who Wants to be a Millionaire� was a great program that attracted 19 million viewers. A good move by ITV. Bring it on.
