I would prefer a company with a low PE to a company with a very high PE every time. The company with the high PE has no room for error. JMO.

I say good luck to him, or anyone else for that matter who is making money trading/investing in shares. I suppose you would prefer to hear of someone losing the shirt off his back.

“And that defensiveness comes so strongly from posters like Solley and Nige who were also defending the company and Croziers leadsership of it a couple of years ago when the share price was over 200p” Tommy, I’ve never defended Crozier, I wasn’t a shareholder when he was at the helm. Also I don’t mind negative comments just that all your comments are always negative.

We can always rely on Rotten Tommy to put his negative spin on things, not that his comments make any difference to the share price. I've come to the conclusion that he has had a bad experience owning ITV shares in the past, and feels the need to vent his frustration out on this discussion board. Why else would he waste his time on a share that he has no interest in?

What happened there in the auction…. ITV shares dropped a further 1.95p, to close down 4.85p on the day, wiping out most of this weeks gains.
