Once liberty gets its hands on the Vodafone £15.85 million, we may well see some action.

Any developments on the Liberty, Vodafone deal, that should be concluded within then next few months, should give support to the ITV share price. I live in hope. JMO.

IMHO for what its worth, I think that once Liberty Global receives the funds from the sale of European assets to Vodafone (within the next few months), LG may make a move on ITV, if they don't make a move after this deal, they never will. Everything is falling into place at the right time for LG, if they're interested in acquiring ITV, with a very low valuation to take advantage of. I will stick around for the fireworks. Just my opinion. DYOR.

Fair point mate. While a BT share price of £4.55 maybe a bit punchy, BT current share price of £2.29 looks under-valued to me. I'm happy to hold for now, collect my 7% dividends currently on offer, and wait on the market to re-rate BT. I intend holding for a share price of at least £3.00. JMO.

ITV ahead as it readies BritBox service

Signs that Netflix’s streaming empire is under siege from the emergence of new entrants boosted ITV to a three-month high.

The US media giant warned that its subscriber growth would be put under pressure by price rises to fund its own content as media giants, such as Disney, launch rival platforms.

Liberum analyst Ian Whittaker warned that the threat to traditional broadcasters from the likes of Netflix may have been “overdone” and questioned “how many subscription services a consumer will take”.

ITV has paired up with the BBC to launch its own online video service called BritBox, with their UK platform launching later this year in a bid to fend off the existential threat of the streaming giants.

Mr Whittaker believes that content producers, such as ITV and Peppa Pig maker Entertainment One, will become “more valuable” given Netflix’s “reliance on new programming”. ITV advanced 3.7p to 137.8p, its highest level since January. Entertainment One gained 3.6p to 469.2p.

I'm no expert, far from it. However, I always find that the analysis from Simplywall.st very good. And would agree with their valuation of 227p. A 42% undervaluation? Looks a good sound investment to me. Carolyn McCall will get it things right, I've every confidence in her. Without all the Brexit uncertainty these shares would be 200p plus. JMO.

ITV has an intrinsic value estimate of £2.27 per share.
