Hightower agreed, they do not need additional funds, mot of the directors have holdings at 2 pence plus so any deal would need to take this into account, and indeed some have earlier holdings at 8 pence plus.
Be interesting to see how this pans out.
One point I would make though is that their last RNS clearly stated that " In the meantime, the Company can confirm that, other than the recent extension of the lockdown in the State of Maharashtra until 31 August 2020, there is nothing material to add to its announcement of 30 June."
