I understand what you're saying. They made the mistake that the USA could go in and help someone else. It doesn't happen people have to fight their own wars. Maybe the USA have learnt from this? Sometimes when you get a bully trying to steamroll over others' lives you do have to help but you don't always look to win. Will UKR win, hum, ? Will Ru win? Certainly not the normal working Ru person who wants a nice house, good food and a safe clean place to work.

The German politicians could be saying these things, however, who started the war and why? Nazi in UKR, there’s probably more in RU. Worried about missiles next door, they travel 1000 miles. Worried they are losing the battle along the Donbas front? YES, Ukr were getting better trained and better equipment.

As an engineer, this is totally true. Look at a car that's been in an accident, had a fire, etc. All protection is burnt off the oxygen in the air/damp reacts quickly due to the heat/warmth. Covered in rust in a day.

If you want to know about corruption talk to the educated Russian people. Everywhere is not perfect but Russia is terrible. Can we have some balanced and educated opinions?

FK and Dog are both RT journalists, read all their views, employed in the St Pete cyber espionage school. They get trained from school age to be fascist, (Fascism is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and the economy).
Wider thinking and research are not something they get taught which is why VP can/has to make the new laws on journalism so the educated class are stopped.

Overthrow VP - NO WAY. 80% of Russians love him. It’ll be like all Arsenal supporters turning to Tottenham. They’ve put many millions into redoing the Russian Orthodox buildings. Nicholas II is a Saint because he ruled Russian, Poland and Finland. A real/hoax assassination attempt will make VP a martyr. Saint Vladimir of St Petersburg is his dream? The war was down to creating VP + mates’ money, so should the BULLY win? Do we teach the world this?

Make Russians holiday in Ru - Educated class WAS travelling around Europe, then buying houses etc. finding life’s better. VP has to stop Ru’s brain drain & money from moving out of Ru.
Trains travelling to Crimea - Creates cheaper holidays & farmed produce. Stops subside & more money for the farmers/population keeps them happy to be Ru, they get paid more.
This is why they want more Black Sea resorts, to make the VP + mates richer?

I am an LTH of POLY since 2017 & very much in the red. When gold was $2000/oz Poly sp was £20. Who remembers the rare metals Poly found and was looking to develop/mine? This company is great for Ru people employed, not VP + mates as they’re interested in the holiday business, and is great for the investors it had/has a fantastic future why should anyone destroy it? I believe this will turn into an extension of the 8 yr Ukraine war which didn’t affect the Poly price so it shouldn’t do when other news becomes more important.

WAR is war with lots of young people, on both sides, running around with deadly weapons terrified about death or worse they’ll have to live with/suffer parts of their bodies being destroyed. One side is under orders to change, the other know ‘Holodomor’, 3-5 million deaths, & wants to desperately save their country/relatives. Accidents happen, an ex-pupil of mine severing in Afghanistan lost 3 mates standing next to him by USA friendly fire and can’t live with it. These things happen people get over-excited, trigger happy and NEED to survive. It’s not helpful to comment on this.

A newish building in St Petersburg, VP’s home town, employs 2,000 highly intelligent Russians in cyber espionage, delivering disruptive arguments, fake news, etc, etc. Do not respond to them but ignore them as they get paid bonuses for success, it’s the best way.

Who’s mentioned the poor people who lost their jobs in St Pete due to the company closing one of their main offices and with restrictions now could not find jobs? We should show love and have sympathy for everyone!

I’m not a skilled investor, therefore my first post but I am a LTH of POLY since 07/2017. British with a Russian wife, Russian/Ukraine friends & loved learning history/facts. I could, IMHO, give why VP + friends, who know exactly what they’re doing, started the war and where it’ll end but this is not the place.

Please can we get this back to the 20- 50 max helpful polite useful comments? Thanks to all those skilled investors eg, MaverikD, etc for your useful comments & helping me learn about investing & the companies. Others' spiteful & unhelpful opinions are NOT wanted and make NO difference to the running of a successful company.
