KM stop lying to share holders about the bank settlement , are we at 91% yet or has it gone backwards to 85%?

IG want a few from me, someone ask him how long he’s going to keep promising the bank settlement is ‘nearly there’ and what excuse he will use next while the price of iron ore is getting battered

Kiren is not telling the truth about the bank settlement theres been repeated warning signs of this for the last year but some people keep ignoring every one of them

Anyone work out if it’s gone forward or backwards in all these announcements in the last year?

And how about promoting us via a different source to alan green and Zak Mir , don’t we pay them for this and everyone knows they are not independent

Iv got 200k shares I want the settlement as much as anyone but the the RNS says with them for comments/signing , I’m not expect but if they decide to make comments going by the history pen won’t touch paper this week, next week or this year
Either the banks are still playing for time or KM is playing for time

Can anyone explain to me what’s been going on with the bank settlement in the last year because officially it’s gone from agreement in principle to sending it to the banks for approval / comments
During which the banks have appealed in the courts 2 AGMs will have gone by and a whole lot of ‘nearlys there’
When the AGM was announced everyone expected it to be done by then, hardly likely , can you imagine how many ‘comments’ the bank will have to a multi million pound settlement

Well the market doesn’t seem to see it like you who keep promising it’s ‘nearly done’ here’s to more months of silence waiting for this bank settlement .

That’s two very different outcomes and huge difference in amount of time that they will / might sign

Yes 1 year ago he announced an agreement in principle , now it’s only just been sent to them for ‘comments’ , don’t forget the time they were about to sign but Covid rates got high in India and they had no staff

I’m not debating the recent rise, Iv averaged down to 11p so I’m well in front but I’m saying if this share was presented professionally we wouldn’t be at 30p and their wouldn’t be soo much doubt surrounding it, what over £40million company releases news with typos in and blank bits Theve forgot to fill in regularly

They don’t even bother to get the grammar and spelling checked, then they leak info to Alan greene who’s stuttering and spluttering incorrect facts , it’s very frustrating when your heavily investing in the company and believe the have good assets to see it all presented so poorly

Your wrong mate Iv previously backed KM Iv been invested here about 5 years and hold 200k shares, I invest on the RNS’s not on speculation but I feel I’v been Mislead by some of them

It wasn’t even on my radar after the AGM in January that this years AGM would be occurring still without the settlement

Does anyone have any idea how much the banks lost in this project previously or better still an estimate what they will get from this settlement ? Iv not seen anybody consider this in any of the valuations that get thrown around

It’s been a year of ‘nearly there’ with some of the RNS’s sounding further away from a settlement than the previous one.
This won’t move until KDNC own 20%, there’s still a chance they won’t settle with the banks until it’s signed, the stream of suspicious ‘nearly there’ releases is worrying previously confident holders like me

There’s no doubt in my mind that KM hasn’t been straight with shareholders over the bank settlement after all the imminent’s, nearlys, soon, Covid in India, all while the banks challenge everything in the courts.
Hopefully after nearly a year it actually happens now
