Hello Martinu
I am not well versed in such matters either but the RNS implies a direct relationship between macquarie and the purchasers, I assume they agree a price between them.
'Long term shareholders, including Tyndall Investement Management who have invested in the Company since IPO, have agreed to purchase the shares directly from Macquarie Bank.'
I know my input will not be appreciated as I am apparently a troll. If macquarie exercise their options and sell to Tyndall my understanding is they can do that 'off market' is that correct? If so the buys/sells are not anything to do with Macquarie. Also if all the large transactions are Macquarie selling to Tyndall why not the same price?

I owned it from the day it happened. I could have shut up. I actually don't know whether my questions in November caused it. Perhaps you should address your post to all the idiots that keep bringing it up?

I don't know why I keep having to defend myself here, I asked the Nomad questions
The open lines were dropped because I assume SA said something in an interview that should have been in an RNS. I asked those questions of the Nomad. Just like you put questions to Elrico, something I would never do. Both of the experts said Cavendish were wrong, yet haven't managed to overturn the decision. My question was not a beef against Elrico but you appear brainwashed. If you look at it in the cold light of day you will see my questions were about what SA said. It was nothing to do with the interviewer.
Stuart Ashman, CEO and PDMR, sold 123,878 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and repurchased 122,517 Ordinary Shares into Mr Ashman's ISA account. Following this transaction Stuart Ashman's beneficial interest in the Company shares has reduced by 1,361 ordinary shares.
In addition, Manprit Randhawa, CFO and PDMR, sold 66,778 Ordinary Shares and repurchased 66,778 Ordinary Shares into Mr Randhawa's ISA account. Following this transaction Manprit Randhawa's beneficial interest in the Company shares has not changed.
don't know the ins and outs of what is going on here but....
don't know what is happening between tw and elric but....

Lets pretend I am a premier league footballer and a national newspaper is going to publish a negative story about me. Before the article is published I believe it is standard practice for that newspaper (the journalist) to approach the footballer with details of the article and ask for comment. The fact the footballer does not read the newspaper in question is immaterial.
I find it incredible you have tried to pin the actions detailed in the rest of your post on me exercising my right to ask the nomad whether certain things said in an interview (by SA- not Elrico I assume) should have been in an RNS. I do not know Elric and do not hate him, so hate him are your words.
Perhaps you can tell me what the post on the 28/2/24 was all about?
I decided overnight that I would stop posting here for a while as it seems futile. Your response confirms my notion. So I am gone for a while.(Hurrah) :)
Thanks for the support oleric, and yes blaming me is pathetic imo, but he has seen the light it seems. I have championed open interviews in the past, but I would like to make clear my communication (questions,) posed to the Nomad was about whether things said should be the subject of an RNS.
Mad
Well done for seeing the light. Regarding journalism, I was denied a right to reply on an 'article' titled nick1978 about me that Elric wrote 9/1/24. Still don't know what he said. Then a post 28/2/2024 at 18:28, where I apparently did something. Not sure what, and it appears despite asking here ,nobody that ticked it up knows either. Another behind closed doors assassin job?
In my opinion any decent journalist would approach the target for a comment or right to reply.
Seems to me we have two experts 'wiily' waving ' over who is the best. I have no access to either, and this site is piggy in the middle.
I can probably rightly be accused of being captain hindsight, but I do not think anything was mentioned of the Modi deal in any of the takeover deal announcements, and nothing was mentioned in the investor meets presentation. Perhaps I missed it so if so I apologise.
So it stood to reason no figures were included in the Cavendish figures.
