Tier 1 U.S.-based aerospace system products provider

On 13 March 2025, the Company announced that it anticipated an extension to the project and we are now pleased to confirm that the licensing deal with the Customer has been extended by an additional $290,000, bringing the total contract value to $1.34 million. The additional work will be dedicated to the development of additional functionalities beyond the original scope of the project, with implementation anticipated over the next three months.

Odds looking good for yet another excuse of an RNS explaining why the audit is still not done here unless and because they are still working on the Going Concern elements and have identified various ways they can assure the auditors the company is viable but have yet to receive monies or a guarantee of monies required.

All in All, rather tiresome state of affairs with continued radio silence which is rarely good news.

Well the market gave the Jovas their reasons to gloat here this morning on the back of sellers..

Must have been a nightmare trying to pull together data from various enteties here set up by the former CEO and deceased company secretary here and in the USA (and probably other various offshore accounts). Fraudsters can go to extreme lengths to cover their tracks and if the likes of Apple and USA banks don't co-operate provide access to their data to pull it all together it's no surprise to see this having no easy resolution other than the company and the auditors admitting they tried but just couldn't complete a formal audit in the end.
