Far too easy for the likes of Lunn to hide behind LSE rules and regs that are clearly designed to protect Directors but offer nothing the private investors here.

No wonder that Lunn can treat PIs with utter contempt and just bulldoze through whatever he thinks he can get away with. Nothing is going to stop him and his mates (both current and Ex Directors) getting their hands on those extra shares they are so keen to issue even before any accounts etc are issued, assuming they are.

Same as so many small caps with overseas Directors, no one seems to be actually accountable in these situations.

Directors avoid replying to any emails because they can hide behind need to inform all via RNS

Directors avoid issuing accounts by claiming auditors cannot sign off for whatever reason suits them, I am losing count now of how many accounts are actually over due now

GV remain silent as the grave

DL and TE have simply moved on

No Website which I thought was mandatory for listed PLCs to keep investors informed

Lunn just issues one piece of fiction via RNS after another to keep pushing back on having to issue real information

Ask yourself this, as an outsider looking in now would you be rushing to buy these on any relisting?

This smacks of being another lifestyle company for Directors to leach out of it what little is left for them after DL and TE left them holding the baby

Pretty much thinking RTO by GV is the way lunn wants this to go . GV get the listing on main market. New management. New business opportunity. Lunn gets to cash in his 62m shares at a tidy profit . It all fits . GV persuade new backers to support them . PPP plc business quietly left as there's nothing there now anyway .

Global vision plc can leverage listing to raise funds to go ahead as totally new company.l in whatever sector suits them .

GV AI next perhaps proving support services to oil and gas customers anywhere and everywhere

Lunn is clearly either a complete amateur and useless or a very cunning fox working away to find something from this mess to repay monies owed to him by some means . You don't take such a huge % of the plc without an exit plan in place that delivers . He may even try to find a way get another company to buy ppp

It's always a double edged sword when the likes of PJ pump up a share all day every day with promises of "Big News" coming. It attracts alot of what I call fast money that comes in quickly but also moves away quickly without positive price action/news. That then exagerates the drops as seen.

Further to the announcement of 8 January 2025 and following a number of significant developments since this date, the Board of Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP) has decided not to proceed at this time with the proposed placing of up to 8 million new shares in the Company via Dutch Auction (the "Placing").

In taking this decision the Board was mindful of the obvious need to ensure that all relevant, current and material information regarding the Company has been disclosed prior to the closing of any fundraise.

So clearly they did say more information needed to be disclosed back Jan for a proposed placing but now they don't think they need to?

Up until that RNS last Summer PPP plc was yet another classic example of a small cap listed plc that fleeced the market for placing after placing and lost a huge % of value over time, it was trading well below 1p at the time and its mcap was sub £1m.

That's when most piled into these and on the back of that RNS that Lennigas described in very positive terms, shortly before leaving the company.

If that RNS hadn't been issued, 90% of posters on this BB would never have heard of PPP or bought into the company which had been awful for years.

Nothing has actually changed as far as the business is concerned other than it has stopped doing anything at all of course, a minor detail I know.

I think that if we get RNS updates on accounts/website/new plans/prospectus etc ahead of the GM then good, if we don't then bad and the BoD will act to serve their own interests any way they can which would be take the business for themselves by not publishing any accounts etc.

My point is that without audited accounts it cannot come back from suspension and yet the BoD want to take 20% of the shares in a rush, why would they do that now?

That suggests they need those shares to influence the next part of their plans.

And still no website even.....nothing on X...no words re accounts.....nothing but yet another RNS that no one liked to see.

BoD making a move to increase their influence at zero £ cost to them, that much is obvious.

This rush to take 20% is a strategic move ahead of a major announcement for sure.

It's pretty obvious to me that the BoD and their mates want to have the fire power

Considering the rush to get their hands on 20% of the company could it be possible that BoD will take company off the market next when they have enough control of the company through share ownership following GM?

Seen it done on other AIM companies, the BoD will say it's no longer viable to retain their listing re completing accounts twice a year, paying for Brokers and LSE costs etc etc.

Usually they provide a so called trading facility for existing share holders via the likes of JP Jenkins that never actually work in reality.
