Voting NO carries high risk of nothing being left for shareholders here.
Voting YES might leave some crumbs at least for shareholders but dilution effect will be massive unless the GV deal is completed instead of abandoned.
Share price was sub 1p before the GV deal was announced with far fewer shares in issue than there would be if extra shares are issued.
Could easily see sub 1p again without some really positive updates re GV deal and new prospectus.
Good news would be that Lunn gets paid off and can just go away, guess that's the price we pay as shareholders in situations like this.
Shareholders take the hit so creditors can at least get all their money back via the CLIN money coming in.
We can just ignore the so called called 4p warrants for GEM, that's just smoke, GEM will get plenty of money upfront in fees etc
So much for the "we've only got 110 million share is issue and this goes to 30p on resumption", that's irrelevant now that the new reality is coming here.
Such is the way of things when in comes to bigger players money v little PIs "investments", it's always the PIs who pay the price of failure by BoD in any PLC
